From Chaos to Calm in a Few MonthsOur block was in a bit of a mess financially and maintenance-wise before the changeover. Within a few months of BMUK stepping in, we had a clear budget thank you Nigel, a maintenance plan and overdue works scheduled and also thank your Tom and Troy. It feels much more structured now instead of reactive.

Do not entertain this company they have the maintenance on our complex and we haven’t had a lift now for 1 year 5 months and the general maintenance is nearly none existent, over the last week we have had no hot water on 3 occasions you have been warned !!!!

Please don't give this company your money. They are unprofessional and cant even care less about the blocks entrusted to their care
