Fauty battery, stay clear
Battery was sent nice and quick in March. Less than 6 months later having issues with it. Went away for a week and came back to dead battery. Breakdown recovery came out and they confirmed faulty battery. Their message to me was...
The voltage of 13.88 is the output of your alternator and should be between 13.5 and 14.5v. So although yours is low it should be sufficient
I contacted BMS and surprise surprise they won't send a replacement even though it has something like a 3 year warranty.
BMS response was... Sorry, we've had a bit of a tech backlog, so I've been waiting for them to have a spare moment. They have said that the charging parameter for the battery state it should be 14.2-14.4, so unfortunately the battery is being consistently undercharged which would cause a performance decline.
Funny road recovery saying one thing and BMS saying something different.
Very disappointed and will never use them again. Stay clear as if anything goes wrong you won't get a replacement.
