Unbelievable service. Nothing was too much trouble, all the guys were consummate professionals and they didn’t skip a beat whatever our request. Made moving house with young kids as stress free as it could be. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Far superior to any other removal company we've ever used -- I can't recommend them highly enough!

Terrible experience I wouldn't use again. Didn't pack enough ahead of moving out day and delayed access for our buyers. Damaged items which they are refusing to pay for because I didn't notify them within 7 days or take out extra insurance - read the small print they said. If they damage your property they will not compensate you.

Updated in response to your inaccurate reply:

The fact is that your movers delayed completion as they had not allowed sufficient time for packing.
The lamp was not damaged prior to transit in the way we found it when we unpacked it. Your photo evidence shows separate damage which we are not disputing was prior to the move, not the damage we provided evidence of.

You indicated that there was no rush in responding. You should make clear (not just in the small print) that customers should notify of damages within 7 days of moving in.

We relocated from London to Oxfordshire last week and this was the first time we used B Moved. They are a very friendly team, their service was excellent and their quote was very competitive and reasonable, so I can't recommend them highly enough. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

I was given B Moved by a friend in Wandsworth, and whilst I didn't have the time to shop around for quotes for furniture to be removed, I went with B Moved. They were slightly more expensive than I was expecting but they earned their wage in efficiency. I was really impressed by their communication before the furniture removal date and then on the day they kept in touch informing me of their ETA (from London to Herefordshire). I would recommend B Moved again no problem.

These chaps moved us out and moved us in. They are all brilliant, I love them all. Gentlemanly and also relaxed. They helped alleviate some stress from what is a stressful experience. Only complaint is that I think they’re working too much!

Used B Moved as my regular mover was unavailable. Great first impressions, Bart and Eddie were polite and professional during the video survey and initial communications. However, a few things occurred on move day which left a bitter taste:
1) They arrived an hour late, and was only informed when I texted at the agreed time to say I was a few minutes late
2) When I discovered the team hadn't had lunch, I was sympathetic and offered a break to eat - I was assured time would be taken off the bill but this hasn't been done. I emailed them a few days ago about this but hadn't heard back.
3) Although agreed on email that the team will help with reassembly (including assembly of a piece of new furniture - was assured this was perfectly fine given I was paying by the hour), the team refused as they stop at 5pm on Saturdays. Why wasn't I informed this before (plus remember, they were late)? Also, there were ~20 minutes left which could have been used to quickly re-assemble a child's bed which I had said was important. When I called Bart, he disputed the agreement on email ("the office person doesn't know") and I was told "it was up to the team whether they want to help with reassembly given the time", and there was nothing he could do. Really?
4) The team was rude on occasion: a) When I noticed them placing my wrapped TV against the van wall (which they didn't pack so wanted to ensure they were aware), I asked if they would be securing it - one of the guys looked at me and said "What do you expect me to do?"
b) When I mentioned in passing that I had been happy for them to break for lunch and hoped they would help with at least one small reassembly, one of the guys said "Do you think you did us a favour by letting us have a break?"

Will let the reader decide if this is good customer service and something you'd want to put up with on a stressful move day with a young family!

I'm afraid the facts have to be stated here:
1) I was not advised on the new time, and was not late by half hour (how could I be if the time was shifted, and if you hadn't yet arrived?). I subsequently arrived on time.
2) The stairs was indeed slightly damaged earlier that day by another delivery crew - we made provisions to ensure it could be safely used by everyone including my family.
3) Shocked to hear that am accused of shouting, again a reflection of the crew perhaps?
My guess is the team felt tired or overworked when it got to the end of the day, and unfortunately I had to bear the brunt of it.

Simply wonderful. Magda is an absolute delight to deal with and utterly professional. You feel like everything is going to go really well when talking to her and it absolutely does on the day. The team are first class. They care and clearly take pride in doing the job well. Nothing is too much trouble. Without a doubt the best moving company I have ever dealt with.

I can’t speak highly enough of our experience moving from London to Hampshire with B Moved. The entire team, from initial enquiry to unloading at the final destination were incredibly professional, courteous, efficient and super calm, even despite the dreadful traffic leaving London on the Friday before the May bank holiday / half term etc. The packing day was actually a pleasure too! Big thanks to all the team.

Excellent service as always from Bart Magda and the team. I could not rate them highly enough. We've used them three times now and not always in the easiest of circumstances. All their staff (that we met or had dealings with) are courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, and reliable. Their quotes were very reasonable. I thoroughly recommend their service.

Recently used BMoved to move within Wimbledon after a word of mouth recommendation - and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

As soon as they arrived all the stress of moving day disappeared. They even dismantled and reassembled a bed that took me about 8hours to build in about 20mins! Everything arrived in perfect condition and furniture was placed/reassembled exactly where I wanted it.

Everyone in the team was lovely and so helpful and responsive. I will be using them again when I next move and recommending them to everyone! Thank you so much guys :)

These guys were amazing. Really personal touch from the initial consultation with Bart until the final box had been picked up. The whole team were simply amazing.
