Really professional service from start to finish. Both Ross and Rocky were very helpful from start to finish. Not only are they friendly and calm, they assisted with repacking and made the move as smooth as it possibly could be and helped me making sure everything was in the correct place.

We are so pleased we used BMoved for our recent house move. Having never used a pack and move service before, we were nervous with what to expect. All I can say is everything from initial communication, to survey, to my 1000 questions, to packing and the final move were handled professionally, patiently and with care. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I’d happily recommend B-Moved without hesitation. They did an excellent job moving us from our home in London to the countryside. Incredibly professional, yet warm and upbeat, which was thoroughly appreciated, given what was an emotional move for us. Everything was handled with great care, nothing was damaged, and they were impressively efficient. They did a fantastic job with unpacking, reassembling furniture and beds, and even shared useful tips for storing and where to place things. I wouldn’t hesitate to use B-Moved again! Thank you.

Highly recommend B Moved. We needed to move piano and other heavy furnitures like beds, sofa and dining table that the team had to dismantle, wrap and reassemble at my new home. All done professionally and brilliantly. But what impressed me the most was them being very polite and cheerful throughout the process. Used BMoved for the 3rd time now. Excellent experience again, cannot fault, recommend to everyone. The chaps are good natured, efficient and offer advice. Eddie in the office efficient. There are no "we don't do this/ that" rules to complicate your day. And they'll come pick up your boxes once empty if in town. Great stuff

We came across B Moved on recommendation from a friend, and I am so pleased with the company. From the first call to the move, everything was dealt with efficiently. The whole team on the move day were incredibly professional and well mannered. They were extremely cautious with fragile goods and items that were sentimental. Whilst they were cautious they were also very efficient (even though we were paying an hourly rate) and we ended up not utilising the full hours that we paid for and were credited with the balance.

What could have been a very stressful day was instead v smooth running and a lovely and exciting day to move in to our new home, thanks to the team at B Moved.

I have no hesitation to recommend them to anybody looking for a stress-free move.

The team were exceptional - genuinely couldn't have been friendly or more helpful. We didnt get the keys to our new home till 4:30 but they stayed, were very friendly, removed things in the house once we changed our minds a couple of times.
