I can’t recommend Inês & Blu Selection enough
I can’t recommend Blu Selection enough, and especially Inês, who made what can normally be a stressful and uncertain process feel incredibly positive from start to finish.
From the moment I applied, I was contacted almost immediately. Inês was always very clear and upfront about the process, the role, the expectations and even the potential offer, which I really appreciated. There were no surprises at any stage.
She really took me through the whole process step by step and was always available whenever I had a question. If I needed to speak to her, she would call me back, and I always felt that she was genuinely invested in helping me through the process. She is a very caring and considerate person. I also felt that she was really championing me with the client throughout.
After several months of looking for a new position in what is a very difficult job market, this was by far the best recruitment experience I have had. Having someone who is so organised, structured, responsive and transparent makes such a difference.
And the best part is that I got the job! 😊 I’m incredibly grateful to Inês for all her support and for helping make the whole experience such a positive one.
Honestly, even if I hadn’t been successful, I would still have come away from the process feeling that I had been treated exceptionally well, and that says a lot.
A huge thank you to Inês and everyone at Blu Selection. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

A Very Positive Recruitment Experience
I had a great experience with Sonia Mokrani during my recruitment process. From our first interview, I found her very professional, approachable and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning.
Even after I moved on to interviews directly with the hiring company, she continued to follow up with me, coordinate the different stages of the process and assist with the required documentation. I really appreciated her support and communication throughout the whole process.

Nunca me había sentido tan acompañada en un proceso de selección como con Blu Selection. Sonia Mokrani mantuvo una comunicación constante transparente y cercana de principio a fin, aunque no fui la seleccionada final. Se nota que aquí no es solo un lema: realmente ponen a las personas en el centro.
Qué maravilla dar con empresas que cuidan tanto a los candidatos, teniendo en cuenta que no es un proceso fácil.
