Ordered towels in Dec.2023,they charged my card, later they sent email saying there would be a delay. It is now March 2024 and no towels. Worst yet, they will not respond to my emails or return any calls! I'm out of pocket over 300 bucks!
I would not do business with this company!
Bought Bleachsafe towels from blusand.com in the gray and right away they bleached and stained with color, I washed them right after use so color didn't sit on the towel long.. after a couple months they are trashed! Super bummed and frustrated as they were not cheap! I have used this brand before and didn't have this problem so something has obviously changed. Also left several voice messages and never got a call back. Not good customer service.
I have ordered on and off with Blusand the maker of Bleachsafe Towels. There have been three times in the past few years where they have taken money for a pre-order and never supplied the product. They would not answer my calls or emails. Eventually I had to charge back on my credit card. Salons should be very careful with Blusand Bleachsafe Towels. I almost when out of business becuase they said they would deliver their towels and did not even though we paid.
