Quick turnaround and great packaging for an excellent product!

The website was very easy to navigate and the information provided post purchase was excellent. Received my order within days. Well packaged and as expected. Registered my umbrellas a few days later and even that was a breeze.

Really easy to order on line and fast delivery.

We've just purchased our 5th Blunt umbrella so you could say we're big fans - a Metro for me and an Executive for my husband. Well constructed, brilliant design and no more fear of having your eye poked out! Once you've had a Blunt there's no going back to a regular umbrella.

You did not have in stock the umbrella I wanted. Also, you did not offer a 'waitlist' option or a 'get notification' option for when back in stock

it was easy to buy, it did turn over once but i guess it was a user problem, not used to having an umbrella in Wellington.
Great colour and quality

Great umbrella. Very lightweight but seems to hold up well to the weather as tested on a few occasions so far. However, to be critical... I had high expectations, considering the reputation and price, so I was a little disappointed by (1) the slightly flimsy feel of the handle and stalk and (2) the ease of opening and collapsing the umbrella - I was surprised to find that it did not fully open on pushing the button but just sprung to half-way. Regardless, I am still happy with the purchase and will continue to enjoy using it.

I love my leopard print umbrella. I also love the the sleeve to carry it in. I have used the umbrella a few times with all the Auckland weather. Keeps me dry everytime. Blunt umbrellas are sturdy and don’t turn inside out with the wind. Love them
