I put my order in and it arrived the next day. It was packaged securely and arrived in perfect condition. The umbrella is the colour l ordered.

For the price of the umbrellas
For the price of the umbrellas, they should come with a carry sleeve, not just the limited addition one's, or at least have the option to purchase one. The umbrella itself is well designed and of quality.

The best umbrella!
This is my third blunt umbrella. I love the quality and design and the options of colours. Living in a tropical part of Australia these umbrellas are my best friend on those rainy and very windy days.

It all started at Top3 who went over and above on customer service, Alex at Crows Nest store. He took a video of the issue and sent it to you. Within 24 hours he had your response it wasn’t repairable (& too old) so you provided an online discount voucher.
Your website was a joy to use. Easy to find my way around, lots of photos of each design.
