I don't usually do reviews, but am aware of some problems recently with a bogus company apparently using Bluestone's name and scamming people. I used Bluestone's exchange services in 2018 and they were great. I used them again this month and they were still great. They were particularly patient when our funds transfer was delayed. However, money was in our account within 24 hours of Bluestone receiving the funds.

I've been dealing with Sam Beasant at Bluestone Currency, he has been helping me move some money between UK and the UAE.

Their rates are competitive, Sam is diligent and responsive, and the process has been smooth from start to finish. I am happy to recommend Sam and Bluestone highly!

I have used Bluestone Currency for 4 or 5 currency transfers over the past 18-months and their service is really fantastic.
I get a good rate and quick confirmation of FOREX trade once we've agreed everything. The automated email are a great way to track the progress of the transaction and each time the full and correct amount has landed in our bank account.

I wonder how they were able to accumulate these positive reviews, my experienece with them does not reflect the reviews i see here. My journey with them ended badly and i had to bring in a worthy firm to provide resolution tactics. The tactic prove effective after a long time. Bluestone is a scam period!!! Stay away if you want to have your funds stolen. All these positive reviews are fake!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Beasant and Bluestone Currency to transfer funds from the UK to Australia. Every step of the way has been professional and efficient and Sam’s advice has been sensible and without urgency. Moving large sums of money electronically can be nerve-wracking in this day and age due to scams/sharks etc - but I was recommended to Sam by a friend who had had a good experience. My experience was also exemplary and I can recommend Sam and Bluestone without hesitation.

I have recently used Bluestone to convert GBP to USD and then had the funds transferred to my USD bank account in Vietnam. Sam Beasant did a great job; securing a decent exchange rate and organising the funds’ transfers.

Not very happy with the transaction, without being able to determine if the issue was with Bluestone, their partner (GCEN) or their bank (Lloyd's). After I sent my funds, they were "lost" for three weeks before being returned to me without any explanation.
While it may well be that it wasn't Bluestone's fault, I found it very stressful that they were unable to trace the funds and that I have never received any clear explanation of the reason why they were lost and eventually returned to me.

This was our first time using a currency exchange company. We were apprehensive as we were new to this game but Sam sorted everything out. He was reliable, efficient and helpful. He was there when we needed support and ensured we got a good deal despite a couple of hiccups on our behalf . Sam is professional and trustworthy and made us feel at ease with the whole process. We would highly recommend him and will definitely be onto him again if we need to.
