Bluerock are definitely a trustworthy company in the minefield of property development.
You get exactly what you have been promised. As a novice in property, I had so many queries, which were all answered, mainly by Alex Churchill himself. The whole process is almost completely hands off for the investors. Alex and his associates have an eye for lucrative properties with great returns.
The other positive is that you always get to speak to someone personally without having to make an appointment or waiting for answers. Alex is very personable and makes you feel like part of the investor family.

I first met Alex in the spring of 2025 and having been very impressed with his professionalism and openness we agreed to use his services to source and refurbish a property for our first HMO.
Throughout the process Alex has been easy to contact and always made the time to talk through any questions we had. Overall, and along with his build team, he has done a great job for us in delivering all that was promised.
Most importantly he has proven to be honest and trustworthy and we would certainly use him again should we take on another project.
