I started out working with Kathleen, she was out for a couple of days do to illness. Then Stephanie jumped in and finished the process. Stephanie stayed on the phone with me, to make sure that I had everything I needed. Both ladies did a outstanding job.

SO, I'M DEFINITELY SATISFIED WITH GWEN. BUT, I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH NATIONWIDE AND THEIR OUTRAGEOUS PRICE INCREASES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS, ESPECIALLY FOR HOME OWNERS COVERAGE. THERE'S NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY, PARTICULARLY FOR ONE WHO HAS HAD A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF CLAIMS OVER THE PAST 40 YEARS.
