It’s our mission to make health confidence accessible to all. That’s why we’ve teamed up with a network of high-quality venues across the UK and Ireland, conveniently located in central areas with excellent parking and transport links. Detailed Results

Within 8 days of your appointment, your results will be available online through our My Wellness portal. Your printed report will be sent in the mail within 21 days. The report explains each test in detail, assigning every result a flag of green, amber, or red. It also provides follow-up advice on how you could improve your results.


24/7 GP Helpline

All of our health check packages provide you with unlimited access to a 24/7 GP helpline for a year after your appointment. From tummy upsets to travel advice, the service also covers prescriptions.

Great health assessment

Great service and health assessment. Ruth was excellent she explained everything in detail, each test and the possible outcomes. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole assessment.

Rescheduled for no reason. Complete waste of time.

Booked 3 weeks ago specifically as its a bank holiday and organised a day trip with kids around it. Email received 30 minutes ago saying appointment has been rescheduled. No apology, no reason, nothing.

Phoned customer service who were confused at best. Cancelled and wont be using Bluecrest anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a rating and your feedback. We are very sorry that this was not communicated to you when you called. We were made aware that one of members of staff would not be returning to work due to illness, as such we needed to reschedule our events to enable consistent coverage.

Our system automatically sends a rescheduling email when we amend the booking, we usually follow this up with a call to check the new date is suitable and reschedule further with yourself should that be needed. At the time of your call that information wasn't available to the advisor although they did seek clarity from a more senior member of staff.

Excellent care from the team (Barrie)…

Excellent care from the team (Barrie) More impressive was my ECG showed a serious problem and Bluecrest phoned me within 2hours to notify me and advise immediate action. Fortunately it related to a known pre existing condition. I was extremely impressed by the care taken to inform me of what could have been a life threatening condition. I recommend Bluecrest 100% for their 5 star performance.

Friendly and efficient

Ruth was absolutely lovely during my…

Ruth was absolutely lovely during my health exam. She was really chatty, easygoing, and instantly made me feel comfortable, which took away any nerves straight away. The whole experience felt calm, relaxed, and honestly way easier than I expected thanks to her.

She’s got such a natural way with people that makes everything feel normal and not awkward at all. You can tell she genuinely cares about making patients feel at ease.

Only downside… she’s not a fan of Crocs, which I’m still not sure I can forgive 😂

Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better experience — Ruth is amazing!

5 star service from Bluecrest, highly recommended

This is my 2nd time having a bluecrest health check and again it was a very pleasant, stress free experience that I would recommend to anyone, the health assessment specialist Jodie (seen at croydon location) explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable from start to end. I would recommend Bluecrest very highly.

Excellent value for Money

This is the fourth year in a row I have used Bluecrest for my annual health review. Now that I’m in my 50’s tracking my health markers is a priority and Bluecrest sessions and comprehensive results summary’s are excellent and super insightful. Shoutout to Simon who I saw today in Woking, he was great!
