Myself and my wife booked a complete health check today with bluecrest and the clinician Jonathan s was absolutely brilliant. He was kind and courteous to both of us. Jonathan maintained a friendly and professional approach as he took us through the tests, explaining what each test contained and what to expect. On this experience alone we will be using bluecrest from now on.

We have been going to Blue Crest Wellness health screening for many years, we have found them to be helpful and informative, our recent test was carried out by Rea, who was exceptional in every way possible, she explained everything very well, engaging and any questions answered in detail. We have just applied for the healthcare subscription with a great discount, half year test and already booked for next year and paying monthly. The results giving previous tests and show trends is invaluable to keep an eye on how your health is improving (or not!!) Keep up the great work.

Paid £287 for a full assessment. Booking process is an absolute pain as it fails and if it fails mid booking your slot is held without being able to go back. Eventually booked an appointment for 7pm, did all the stuff, they couldnt draw blood. Rescheduled, drank a ton of water then get an email saying my appointment had been moved to 2 months away. Call in and reschedule to a week. Drink a lot of water again and still no bloods. Had to wait 15 minutes past the booking time to get in and when I spoke about a refund offered less than half the cost of the the booking in refund. Considering most of the info is related to the blood test results, its a little incredulous. I will be avoiding them again and I reccomend you do too.
Nurse was lovely about it but the admin, rebooking, and already painful scenario to then be told we've taken most of your money, is just terrible.

I had a core health check today with Dan Porter, in Kent. Dan was fantastic from beginning to end, explaining everything that would be done and why it was being tested. The appointment was quick and painless, and I would happily recommend Bluecrest to anyone thanks to Dan's friendly and professional attitude.

After a short wait Simon the health assessor took me to the room for the health check. Simon was very good with explaining how the assessment would be carried out.
He answered my questions and took his time to carry out all the procedures. At no time did I feel rushed.
I was very happy with the Bluecrest experience and can recommend it to anyone who would like to have a health check done

Used Bluecrest for 4 years. Never again. I was late yes not 10 minutes early but 17 minutes late. According to their times. No one asked me why. So sick of this type of attitude. So she Comes out and said I’m not seeing you today your late. I tried to explain. ! No point. I said I want my money back today. Oh no I have to wait 5 days. People have no voices. They are just wrong. That’s it. I was wrong. So disappointed. They have been late seeing me in the past. I did not complain. That is life. I wonder now I should have lowered my standard to meet their customer support.

Was offered a comprehensive health assessment via my employer as part of my pay and conditions package. I was booked in to see Leanne who could not have been more professional, kind and helpful. So glad I came across this company as the tests they do are extensive. I made an appointment at my nearest location being in Swansea Mecure Hotel. The woman I saw, I think her name was Carys? She was amazing and so friendly. The whole appointment only lasted around 20 mins and all of my results were available within days. I had 8 "red flags" which im now addressing and will make follow-up tests in a few week's to see how things have changed.

I was attracted to Bluecrest Wellness because the set-up sounded very professional. However, the scales and BP result were both inaccurate and, had my BP genuinely been at the level measured by the HSA, then she shouldn't have carried out the spirometry test. The body composition scales were foot to foot rather than foot to hand and the HSA was unable to take my blood, which was the only reason I went. Have asked for a refund.

Really smooth process, Simon took me through the medical very efficiently, explaining everything, whilst not rushing it. He was really helpful, answering all my questions (and administered the least painful blood test I’ve ever experienced!). Have yet to receive my report but the process so far has been very professional.
