I just checked my order history, and my first purchase was in 2015! Since then, I’ve placed at least one order each year, and it’s not just because of their high-quality products. Their customer service is exemplary — whether it’s to send a personal email when an ordered item was out of stock or to solicit feedback on their website. I feel as if they have gone out of their way to establish and maintain a relationship with me.

Die Produkte an sich sind von einer sehr guten Qualität. Die Unterwäsche sieht gut aus, sitzt gut und fühlt sich richtig toll an. Angesichts dessen finde ich auch den Preis adäquat. Was etwas stört ist das es nach der Bestellung eine ganze Woche gedauert hat bis meine Bestellung überhaupt verschickt wurde. Das könnte vielleicht etwas zügiger gehen.

Super high quality, guaranteed to last. Sizes run just a bit small, but I saw that on a review and it helped me purchase the correct size for myself. Absolutely worth the high price tag, plus knowing it’s organic. Will buy more in the future.

Bluebuck briefs are simply the best. They are supportive and comfortable all day and the thicker fabric is not, but cool and absorbate. I gave up trying to find them in the US at stores and love the simple new shipping to the states. Worth every dollar - and they last!

High-quality materials and comfort! Bluebuck products are well made and feel great on the skin. The right underwear can make you feel more confident, and these certainly do. It takes awhile to get them when ordering into the United States, but it is well worth the wait.

Amazing quality of products, environmentally responsible packaging and great customer service. I have experiences some problems with the website some times and once the customer service did not replied back to a request. But this are minor things and the second time I tried reaching them they apologized and gave me a discount code
