We've been using Bluebird for the last 12 months or so for ad hoc secretarial support - dictations and document processing. They have been excellent both in terms of quality and responsiveness. The team she has working for her are very prompt and accurate with the work produced and they even log into and use our own Case Management System to work on when they help us which adds to the efficiencies.
