My wife loves her Cobalt Blue leather Jacket from Blueberry St. Ives. Fabulous workmanship. To surprise her, I might get the Cobalt blue handbag next ;-)

Amazing service from the St Ives shop, and from the in house company. I bought a shirt in the wrong size in St Ives (I live in Kent), sent it back and they exchange. Beautiful fabric, beautiful shirt. Lovely staff. Shop assistant sooo helpful we loved her! And Madeleine
on emails was unbelievably helpful too. (Could be the same lady not sure!) I am thrilled. We will shop again!

I am a complete newcomer to this brand but couldn't help but pop into the Lyme Regis store yesterday, when a particularly fetching overnight bag caught my eye in the window display.

I ended up purchased two bags (including the overnight bag). The gentleman running the shop couldn't have been more knowledgeable about his stock or more helpful on our visit and the goods were packaged beautifully.

I can see there are a few negative reviews regarding buying on line or at shows, which I have no experience of, but can honestly say that the service received in the store was fantastic and I absolutely love my new purchases.

Earlier this year, I discovered Blueberry’s shop in Lyme Regis. I bought a wonderful shirt there, made from sprint designed by Camellia.

Whilst there, I noticed some leather jackets, both male and female. As usual, the mens jackets were the usual browns, greys and blacks, whilst the female ones were in many colours. I asked them if they could make me a mans jacket in sage green (one of the womens colours) , which they said they could. So, at the beginning of November, the jacket was delivered to me. It is made of the softest sage green napa leather, in a biker style, with a diagonal zip across the front. I have been told that it is the only one in existence, as the leather had to be dyed especially.

So Thank You to Camellia and all at Blueberry for making this wonderful leather jacket for me.

Prompt answers to my messages and after l’d placed the order the item came very quickly.
Would have given 5 stars if the query about the sizes had been answered after the first time of asking.
Pleased with item and service but think you need to be sure of item as £5 for postage soon mounts up if you need to return and reorder.

Blueberry offer excellent beautifully made products, with unusual, colourful designs. It is a family run company & the customer service is amazing. The owner John is one of the kindest, most accommodating man I have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble for him I cannot recommend the company enough

Great shop on the cobbles in Lymington. I'm so pleased with my dress. Flattering designs with a great selection of prints. Excellent customer service from the staff in store today. I will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful hidden gem in Lymington (cobbled end) I had AMAZING customer care, he really knew his products and the amount of work that goes into them. I bought a wrap as I was told some people place on them on their beds. Hand embroidered one off, just love it and will treasure it forever. Thank you 🤍

Tuesday my husband and i visited the store in Lymington. We bought a leather jacket and a pair of mens shoes. We had to drive back too the store 2 days later because they never answer the phone or reply to emails. The shoes had a fault but the gentleman would not take this onboard and would not give us a refund. To much to go into on here but WE WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY OF THEIR STORES OR AT EVENTS EVER AGAIN. I Own my own small business and would NEVER treat my customers like we were treated today. Absolutely shocking. All i can say is PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE 1,000 % HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE ANY STORE OR EVENT AND ALSO READ ALL REVIEWS AS THERE ARE A LOT OF NEGETIVE FEEDBACK. Once they have your money they are NOT interested in helping you. I couldnt believe on our first visit last week that we were given false information, plus when we returned today with our issue the shop was empty as the guy was leant up against a wall furthur up the road drinking a coffee. Not a good way to look after maybe returning customers. I will never set foot in any of their shops again. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!

Purchased a shawl from this company. I wanted to return the item, and they still haven't responded to my email. The telephone number is incorrect on the website. Customer service is terrible. Do not buy anything from this company.

We visited the Lymington store today and found it to be a treasure of wonderful clothes (shirts in particular) for both men and women. The customer service was excellent and we will definitely make a point of visiting again when we’re in the area to add to our newly purchased shirts.

Will not be using this company again, bought a jacket at a show in Heathfield East Sussex. used a credit card and it did not go through, or so the man said, he got another machine and put it through again, gave me the receipt and said if it goes through twice it will be refunded immediately. I was charged twice and it has been a week now and they dont answer their phones and very slow answering emails. Seems suspicious to me. All I want is my money back.

Terrible company who have zero customer service. Once they have your money they lose interest. Never order at shows! Their sales patter is very slick but the reality is something else.The prices they give at shows to make you think you are getting a deal do not match reality. They don't rush to deliver your order (2 months so far), don't respond to emails for weeks and make it difficult to actualy contact them if you have a complaint.
Eventually received my shirts after nearly 4 months and immediately had to send two out of three back due to the absolute poor quality (apparently they 'accidently' sent me seconds). When I finally received all my shirts they are lovely, good quality and well made. All I received was a quite frankly pathetic apology and lots of excuses along the way, which is a shame as it has put me off ever buying from them again.

Disappointed. I bought a shirt at their new shop in St Ives. I explained it was for my husband and I couldn’t get back there to return it if it didn’t fit. I said that I thought he needed a Large but when I gave the sales assistant his measurements she advised me to go for the Medium. She told me that I would get an email receipt and all I had to do was email them to arrange an exchange. The Medium was too small. The email receipt was a ‘no reply’ address. I eventually found an email address for them online. An email address on the tag with the shirt would have been helpful. The website said that all returns had to be within 11 days. It was 3 days before my husband could try it on and I sent my email. It was another 3 days before I got a reply, albeit a very nice one with an apology for the delay. I had to pay for the return and I folded it carefully into the original packaging and put it in a box to protect it. I also had to enclose £5 cash for postage for the replacement with my address on a piece of paper. I never had acknowledgment that they had received my return which had been delivered to them the following day and the replacement shirt arrived 9 days later. It was in a plastic bag in a scrumpled heap. Unfortunately, the replacement is too long but wearable and I’m not prepared to spend more money returning it. I have no idea if I can get a refund even if I did return it.

We bought a green leather jacket for our daughter at The Royal Highland Show. When we got home and she tried it on, we realised she needed a different size. I emailed the company, received a prompt response, sent the original one back and 5 days later the replacement arrived. The process could not have been more straight forward. The quality and tailoring of the jacket are to the highest standards and my daughter has received endless compliments. Thank you to John & his wonderful team for such fantastic customer service.
