I ordered back in march as well. Was told delay bc of covid. Still nothing! Brutal. I'd like my money back!

I ordered a dog bed back in March, 2020. I never did receive it so I tried contacting the company. I emailed them 5 times; to date they have never responded. Not sure how Instagram allows them to sell on their site. Very disappointed.

Like the others on here, I ordered 3 beds back in March and they never came. I sent several emails without any response. I hope someone filed suit against these guys. Unreal.

I ordered a dog bed back in March of this year. They said due to covid the shipment was on backorder. Still have heard nothing. I recommend NEVER ordering from them and filing fraud if you have. Total scam and waste of money. I was really looking forward to the bed for my Greyhound with anxiety but obviously this company is more concerned with scamming and stealing than actually helping and offering what people need.

Ordered 2 dog beds back in March. Was told that they would ship in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks I sent an email and was told COVID was holding up the process and they would have them out in 6-8 weeks. Still nothing.

Absolutely horrible company.....if you even want to classify it as such. I ordered a dog bed in March, as did my son and nothing. I have emailed them several times, was told that due to COVID shipments would be delayed, emailed several times after that and no response. Here we are in November and still no dog bed and my son has not gotten his either. This was a complete SCAM!! Stealing people's money is a crime and they should all have to face the legal consequences of their theft. Shame on every single person involved in this scam! I have one word for you......KARMA!!!!

Just like everyone else, ordered a dog bed in March and got a "your order has been shipped" but when you clicked on the tracking, nothing came up. Now when you go to the website it says "we're gone for now, come back again!" TOTAL SCAM!! Too bad there is nothing to be done about it.

Ordered two dog beds back in March and it was after 6wks I believe I emailed back and they said another 2-3 weeks and nothing. Tried emailing back numerous times and nothing. So I called my bank and told them the situation and got my money back.

Like everyone else, ordered 2 beds in March 2020. Figured it was too good to be true, but worth the risk for $20. But after the initial "Your order has been dispatched" email, I have not been able to get a single response from these people. Understood about Covid delays, but they cant even be bothered to respond. I've received orders from China in less than half the time. Genuine Scam. Kiss your money goodbye.

I as well ordered a bed in March 2020 and as of September 20, have not received the product. I have emailed the company numerous times but have not received a response, let alone the bed! Very frustrating and disappointing.

I have been waiting for my dog bed since March. Getting scammed is not a nice feeling. I cannot believe Bluebench would do this to so many people.

I told all my friends in the Rescue circle to buy one in March 2020 as I saw the advertising on Instagram... Not a single one of us has received this bed. Several emails went back and forth with Blue-Bench telling us that because of the CoronaVirus they were having issues with delivery times... A LIE!!! Nothing from them since May...
