Promp response same day and a good job done

Very prompt and efficient.
No job too small

Reece did a great job with fixing the shower, couldn't fix it immediately but told us exactly what needed doing and was professional the whole time.

Reece was really good this morning, helped me to properly understand what was wrong w the plumbing and was v collaborative re how to fix the issues. I’m v appreciative 🙏

Reece attended promptly and carried out a tricky repair to a leaking external pipe at my block of flats where access to the pipe was restricted. Replaced a section of pipe to stop the leak.

Amazing service and super helpful, resourceful and nice engineer!

I had the replacement of a radiator in my property.
Reece, who did all the works, has been very kind and patient, professional at all the time and did a great work!
I Recommend Bluebell.

Thanks to Reece for our new taps, professional job and they look great, couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Nice guy!

Our company have been using Bluebell for quite some time now, we use them often for a lot of our office repairs and works. As a company alone they truly are spectacular, we have never had any issues! All staff members have got the job done, been efficient and friendly. They are always quick to send an engineer when needed, Reece particularly is an absolute asset to the Bluebell team. He’s incredibly helpful, always on time and always walks into our office with a smile on his face. He really takes the time to explain what he needs to do in order to rectify any problem we may face, he’s job really is such a talent. He’s incredibly tidy and his presence is just a pleasure. Thank you Bluebell and thank you Reece.

Did what I asked in good time. Prompt communications make them a really helpful company to deal with.

Bathroom was leaking into the downstairs flat & the plumber (Reece) came over, re siliconed our bath which fixed the issue, very happy.

We had the most amazing experience with Damian, who is professional and polite and gives you the best advice. He is invested in the best interests of his customers.
