Excellent Marketing Team! I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I meet with the team for about 45 minutes once a week and we go over the previous week's KPIs, then we set into motion the plan for the next few weeks on a To Do list that I can check and update whenever. The bookings keep rolling in! The team stays on top of the latest social media trends and then does a lot of A/B split testing with ads they create and then we throw money behind what is working. Because they handle so many other active entertainment concepts, they have an edge on what is currently working to attract the right people that will buy tickets. We operate overnight, active entertainment mini-luxury resorts in Ohio and Illinois and they are able to use the right media channels and targeting to keep our locations packed! My favorite part of working with them is they handle it all and can see the big picture of where eyeball attention money is getting spent in the market place, which means I can focus on building out more resorts without spending my resources on building my funnels.
