So I see your all ucking with me. Hello Evan, Hi Evan, Hello Evan. Saying to look for email requesting additional documents for verification. We done gone through that step and documents sent were approved. So your gonna have to come up with something new. I can say, you had me, that email on the 14th of this month, ya I was believing . It takes a room full of determind holes to get me and you got me. My move.
I sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your new card. I understand how important it is for you to get this so you can access the funds. Per checking here, I have confirmed that the prepaid card was replaced. It usually takes 10-15 days to be delivered to the new address but it can take longer depending on the postal service and location. Nothing to worry, the funds are secured and is held for you. Hope you receive it soon!
So you are say a new card has been mailed out to my new mailing address of PO Box 2468, Crestline, Ca. 92325.
If this is correct, thank you very much. I am at a point where I didn't know what I was gonna do. In debt & broke.

I am sorry to hear that the card has been returned. It happened because the system automatically sent the prepaid card to the address on file.
Don't worry, I can request a card replacement which will be send to your preferred address. To do that, we will be needing 3 things from you for verification:
1. Last 4 digits of your SSN
2. Address on file
3. Updated address where you want your card to be shipped
We look forward for your response so we can resend the card.
