Cannot fault the service received from Phil Wright. We had been let down by two previous leasing companies who assured us they had a Renault ZOE in stock only to be let down as we completed finance checks. Phil was extremely reassuring and efficiently responded to all emails and calls. He knew we were fearful the deal would disappear and went above and beyond to keep us updated on the progress of the car. It was great only having to deal with one person too. We are now awaiting delivery of the car and have no doubt his colleagues who deal with this aspect will be just as helpful. Thank you so much! A lovely experience and a very personable man.

The Blossom team (Phil, Marie and Matt) were all so helpful, friendly and easy to engage with. They talked us through each stage of the process, resolved minor pesky technical issues with the finance company's website and arranged pick up of the vehicle at a suitable time for us that saved us £100 (delivery was still an option but we took the cash!)

This is the way we will be sourcing our vehicles in the future - lots of options, the team were happy to send us comparisons and much cheaper than PCP with no pressure to sign on the dotted line.

It's very rare these days that you happen upon a company with this level of customer service.
My car was delayed due to circumstances way out of Blossom's control - global supply chain problems, the war in Ukraine etc. What amazed me is how apologetic they were, and how regularly they kept me posted. Not just with emails, but calls too. I felt very looked after and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
