All the reviews on their website must be fake. The underwear are not leakproof even for one pee.

I ordered these pull-ups for my daughter in November after seeing an ad on instagram. The order was late, but did arrive. The quality was not as high as I was expecting, but they fit will enough to use. My daughter wore them for one week. Each night, the pull-up leaked. I returned to the website to read reviews. I found mention of bigger kids need the additional absorbent pad. I was frustrated that this was not clearly mentioned when I made the original order, but decided to purchase the absorbent pads because the pull-ups were useless without them & my daughter was excited about her new “big girl” night time undies. I placed the order on December 16, 2024. I reached out 13 days later for an order update, as I had received no shipping confirmation. The support team did respond saying it was a busy time of year & they apologized for the delay. I never received further communication regarding the order & I never received the order. I do not recommend this business. Their shipping is slow & unreliable. The product is not higher quality than alternative products from more reputable companies.

Unfortunately this product does not work. I used them for my 3 year old overnight. They are not leak proof in any way. Whenever she has an accident, her underwear, pyjamas and sheet are all soaked through. I contacted the company and managed to negotiated 50% refund (they started at 30%) Just an awful product that should not be on the market.

This website appears to be a scam. I placed an order in early Jan. It is now early march and I have not received anything. In looking up the tracking status, the USPS tracking code now says expired. They also do not actually guarantee their purchase as I learned after the fact. Do NOT buy from this company.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau after having difficulty resolving complaints with this entity. The Better Business Bureau contacted the previous owner of Blooming Kids and said the company was destroyed by fire in 2020 and went out of business after that. This company is a scam. Do not fall for this!

It took close to two months before the product arrived to me, which is not the impression provided at checkout. The website appears to be US based but the product is shipped from China this would be fine, but heres the issue— Upon receipt I needed to return the product (I needed it two months ago!) They claim that you have to ship the product via international shipping at your own cost. They intentionally do this so that you are disincentivized to ship back their product and then they try to bargain with you to keep the product with a discount/partial refund. I would rather be out the shipping cost and have no product than to yield to their shakedown style business practices.

Their underwear are no leakproof. Not even close. They will not offer a refund for any used product. How would you know if it works? Even if you do return, they charge $30+ for shipping. Their refund policy and advertising claims are purposely misleading. Scam company.
