I just got charged out of the blue unauthorized for nearly £100. Contacted customer service. Tried the chat on their website but nobody ever available. No email reply.
Something I had access to that page doesn't exist anymore even though I found that part free on their current website. My email is not recognized and it seems you need to become a member to create an account.
I need to dispute the amount with the bank now. Will update depending on responses.

I never received the hard copy of the book I ordered and they keep billing my credit card for monthly payments even though I have canceled the membership after one week. Now they aren't reacting to my emails. Total scam!

I THINK I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!! I signed up for $1, it was a 2 week trial, and canceled way before the 2 weeks was up. After that I was charged on my credit card $29 for the next 3 months. I made a formal complaint and blocked them from further charges on my card. I reached out to the company who did naothing until I told them I handled it through my credit card. Then they refused to pay since my card reimbursed me. Total SCAM!!!

I signed up for a monthly membership with the promise of 5 hardcover cookbooks as a free bonus. I messaged the company multiple times and was told that they had a warehouse issue and my order was in queue to ship. When over a month went by, I contacted them again and was told that my books were no longer in the queue to ship because my membership expired. Don't trust this company!

I wanted to learn to make my own vegan cheeses. But consistenly can't access the web site, and they will NOT unsubscribe me. They don't answer emails, and don't answer their phone.

An edit for my previous review: The matter of my refund has finally settled. It did take numerous back and forth emails, with twice promising a refund and no refund forthcoming. My final email must have struck a chord with the refund enacted. It did take a couple of days for the funds to clear. On the plus side, Rechel, customer support, was always courteous and understanding of my predicament, and finally admitted that there was an error on their part. I'm suspecting that the owner of the business was loath/lax in authorising the refund.

I signed up for a 7 day trial for their gluten free recipies. I had the hope to find more inspiration for glutenfree + vegan. But was really disapointed with no recipe matching my criteria. In my account I couldn't find any information for my trial period. After the trial ended I didn't get any information, but found out they charged my credit card with the full membership price - which I didn't sign up for or agreed. So far I've sent 3 messages and received 0 answers. I have informed and reported this cheating and absolutely not professional behaviour to the credit card company.

In August 2024, I unwittingly signed up for a subscription to this company. After several payments being taken and several emails I thought I had managed to cancel my account. Wrong. One year later they have charged me again. Don’t get involved with this company. You can never leave and they will fleece your bank account.

A big SCAM! dont give your creditcard info! Will never stop charging from your card. You can mail... then you get a sorry and maybe they give the money back. But do it then again... and again... and again.... and again...

Bloom Healthy Bloom Cooking - its a scam. Don't give them your credit card!!

I ordered a digital book last year. The company continues to charge me $127 for a membership I did not buy! I keep getting declined charges from my bank and had to file a fraud report and get a new credit card. Another charge today. I have contacted the company three times now to remove me from their system.

These people deserve less than 1 star. Even -5 stars, There system generates fraudulent sales and charges a card if you even just used it once for the $1 free trial. They continue to explain their system is secure. Additionally they charged me for membership after I cancelled AND now they refurse to refund with a check, as I refuse to give them any additional account information. They are offering me product. I will fill a fraud claim with the FTC.

If I could give this company a zero I'd do it. They double billed me and said they would refund my money but never did. I never received the hard copy of the cookbook I ordered. I waited more than 10 days for this to be resolved as I was asked to do. No action. I just emailed them again, but found this site and decided to contest the charges instead. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam. I purchased two courses from them only to find out recently I no longer have access to what I purchased and they refuse to refund my money. They tried to offer me digital cookbooks when I had originally bought video lessons. They apparently can’t offer refunds because it’s been over a year. First of all I wouldn’t be asking for a refund if I still had access to my purchases. They never informed me I would lose access to my courses which is pretty sneaky hoping their customers wouldn’t notice. Basically you buy their products only to lose access to it.

Bought the gf cookbook. A lot of rubbish about how you have to use specialised equipment before you even get to a recipe.
Anyway, the link in the original email didn’t work. They email me a proper link when I query it but THEN I get charged a few hundred dollars with no reason why. I have submitted a ticket with them. Also put in a dispute with my bank because wouldn’t you know it, now they’re not promptly replying to anything.

Bought access to their gluten free course on March of 2023. Thought something was off with the gluten free bread fotos. They were from wheat bread.
I still had access to the course, 6 months ago.
Tried to access it, today and their page from teachable was not found. Haven't received any email about switching platforms or course access.
Searched for them online and there is another site that sells kits and digital cook books. There's no information about the courses.
Lost my money and the course.

When someone is trying to sell you something that appears to good to be true, it's because it is. Don't buy it.
Even having several years of gluten free baking experience and, after analysing the course content and what it promised, still bought it. And I had the feeling that some of the premisses couldn't be right...

Digital cookbook arrived but unauthorised transactions on card for several hundred dollars. Noted this after trying to join their community but couldn’t progress off the webpage during the process because they insist you buy a kit for several hundred dollars. No receipts provided. Very dodgy. Avoid.

Ordered and never received email of confirmation. For a month searching for cookbook, no emails or delivery. Contacted bank to cancel charge, Bloom Healthy fought and bank wouldn't reverse charge. Funny I then received email from Bloom Healthy stating it probably went to my Junk or Spam folders. Sorry I did check those. Told me no reason to dispute the charge and sent link with password. Not going there responded I want my payment returned. Do not purchase their product. Fraud!

Did not deliver e recipes and took credit card money twice.

Be wary of clicking on anything with this company. I signed up to a downloadable cook book but am now having problems with them taking money from my credit card and not refunding what I have asked.
