She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Takeel’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine enthusiasm for our group’s needs have made every interaction productive and enjoyable. I assume we are one of the smallest accounts she manages yet I've found she constantly goes above and beyond to ensure we have access to the products we need, keeps us informed and makes sure we are up to date on the latest releases.

Equally, we’d like to commend Steve Lonsdale, the
Organized Play Co-Ordinator, whose expertise and support have been instrumental in helping us grow our events. Steve’s guidance has made running tournaments and events a breeze, providing us with invaluable resources and advice that perfectly align with our goals. Steve is clearly in the business for the love of the game and understands Magic players on the perfect level where he can see how much of a difference the little details make. We are incredibly grateful for his partnership and how he has supported our onboarding and helped us scale how we reward our players and grow our events. An absolute star!

Bliss have been excellent to work with! We have been a customer of Bliss for just over a year and in that time they have always been prompt with deliveries and have a very clear ordering process.

On a few occasions we have had to call for some information and each time we have been helped quickly and to the best of their ability. We are also signed up with Bliss for Organised Play support for a number of games and every pre-release or tournament has had its materials shipped promptly.

In summary, Bliss are a fantastic company to deal with and I really feel like they have the interests of the store in mind when I call or order products. I cannot recommend them enough for their performance with us so far.

Ever since we have had an account with bliss, our agent (jason) who handles our orders, has given the best customer service a small business could ask for and took care of us all the way through our first order/ pre orders, detail changes etc and we could not be more thankfull!. The company itself has always shipped our orders correctly with next day delivery which was vital as we opened up later in december. thanks to jason and bliss carlisle now has a bustling tcg local game store! The carlisle community and i could not be more happy! <3

Absolutely perfect supplier and our number one choice over anyone else! If they could be official distributors for all our TCGs we’d jump straight to them and look back. Amazing support and the ability to build our own invoices and orders from preordered stock to break orders into manageable chunks. Ideal supplier for small independent businesses!

I started my business last year and from pretty much the very start of it Bliss has been utterly fantastic! I've never had a single problem that's not been solved by a single quick phonecall with little to no hassle. They've helped me with stock issues and have gone the extra mile to get my store onto the WPN and promos in store.

Honestly a fantastic team and a pleasure to stock from! And I'd strongly suggest any business to at the very least consider giving them a call and checking them out!

We moved a number of our Organised Play games across to Bliss and it's proving to be one of the best decisions we ever made. The promos and stock arrive in adequate time and even come with handy little cheat sheets so we know what every promo is for.

I've been with Bliss Distribution for many years and have to say they are amazing.
My account manager Lauren really is the best. She'll never let me miss important deadlines, always tells me when products are proving to be popular and is super helpful. The website is easy to use and it's good to see what reservations you've made. The great thing is they're never pushy either, you never feel that they just want a sale out of you like some wholesalers.
Id definitely recommend Bliss, as much as I'd like to keep them to myself :)

I have been supported by Bliss since 2019 and have to day that I cannot remember having an issue with them.

I like the shopping experience being similar to shopping personally, They are quick to dispatch, provide very clear access to your back orders and send regular updates on upcoming lines.

Bliss have been a pleasure to work with from day one providing personal care and attention. I've spoken to a few members of the team who have all been great but my main dealings have been with Steve and Jess. Steve is exactly the type of person you want running an organised play team, taking the time out to answer any and all questions and going out of his way to make sure you're fully set and ready to go and dealing with issues alongside you every step of the way.
Jess is an absolute superstar and a benchmark for account handlers!
