Very poor item description and invalid tags for electronics and a lengthy and difficulty refund process

Placed an order of 14 items (₹1,900) ,Order No: ORD65533338071 but received only 12. Two expensive items worth ₹760 were missing completely. When I reached out to chat support, they simply claimed the items were marked as sent on their end, refused a refund or delivery, and promised a callback within 2 hours that never happened. I even provided photos showing the issue, but got zero resolution.

Basically charged ₹760 for items never delivered with zero support accountability. They never delivered missing items or refund me. Took my money as thieves in daylight. So beware and keep away.

Very bad experience with Blinkit.

I ordered vegetables, milk and other grocery items from Blinkit. Unfortunately, the vegetables had small worms insects ,sundi in them and were clearly not fit to eat .I immediately recorded a video showing the wormsinsects in the vegetables, and I sent the video to Blinkit customer support as proof.

Even after providing clear video evidence, I received no proper response or resolution. Now they are also refusing to refund my money. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when the issue is related to the quality and hygiene of food product.

I have the video as evidenceand can provide it whenever required. I expected Blinkit to take this matter seriously, investigate the issue and provide a full refund. Instead, I have been left without my money and without a proper response.

Using it since 2022, and make my life easier and less hassle

They'll send you rotten/spoiled/perished/moldy food items that you can never return!!!
I just spoke to someone called Sanjana. It was a problem created by Blinkit, but this woman argued with me like I was the problem.

Blinking or vendor is cheated today. in first page of product have regular image, in another image which show you when you scrolles but for regular product normally no one is interested to see different images. In second page they mentioned they can deliver either of them. Is it really justice for customer?

I am from Mathura, Vrindavan.
Here in Vrindavan, Blinkit has blocked my number and my saved address.. I am not able to order anything from store.... Whenever i raise complaint about it they always tell me that a store is opening near ur location that's why it is closed.. For my location and near it.. All time it is unavailable... I complained many times but no response... Now i am fed of this company

Please do not order through Blinkit for your love ones. if you are out of country.
I have very bad experience.

The customer executive support was awful, I ordered a goboult smart watch and they gave me some limestone watch... When I contacted the customer service executive Shagufta she refused to exchange or process the return... I lost 1.5k and got some cheap watch... I strongly suggest not to use blinkit customer service is very bad!

Support is awful especially ANANYA FROM CS SUPPORT I asked for a supervisor call back. She upfront denied it where it was promised by her previous representative. I really think she’s gonna get this company down if she’s gonna work this way. It’s good. If you fire her else she’s gonna spoil your name, that is not the way you talk to your customers. I have received a defective item. I’m explaining she claims. It’s not defective at all and wants us to reach out to the merchant, and we ordered from Blinkit sole responsibility. I would advise people not use blanket support sucks. It’s awful when I asked for a supervisor call back the chat immediately. Take some action else. I’m gonna sue your people for this.
