Absolutely great experience they actually do what they say. Very impressed with their service and communication. My sample arrived within 48hrs and l measured up and ordered my blinds within a couple of days. Before a week was up my new blinds were delivered, absolutely wonderful quality look great in the conservatory. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is shopping for blinds. I’d give them 10* if l could. One very happy customer. Thank you

When ordering online said 14 days delivery still waiting for day night blinds not even updated email got roller blinds but not day night blinds.

Fantastic Service
Everything was so easy from start to finish. Ordered samples, which arrived in a couple of days. Chose the ones we wanted, placed the order on the Monday night and then received notification the replacement slats were to be delivered on the Thursday. Fantastic service.

Communication could be better, Sales didn't communicate well regarding the assembly. Sent wrong instructions 3 times.
Otherwise blinds are lovely and easy to operate.
