Two of the blinds were folded past the release point and it was very difficult to unwind. I believe they got in that state due to not being taped securely.

Great service at store and on the phone. Blinds arrived before promised. Fit all our windows perfectly. The only improvement I could see would be better written instructions for installation or even a quick video.

It’s very simple. I really appreciate the call back after ordering online in the event something was missed. The only problem I have with the roller shades are the plastic chains. The adapter that joins them together is very weak and breaks easily. I understand it is due to safety precautions, but it would be nice to have something more durable.

We're not happy with the appearance of the bottom of the blinds. There is a lot of slack and tattered string on the bottom of the 4 blinds. Some are worse than others but all are unacceptable . When we told the store about the issue and said we weren't happy, they asked for photos which we sent to them. They're reply asked us to bring the blind back to them. We live in Lindsay which is an hour away. My wife and I have severe arthritis and getting out of the car after a long drive is quite painful. We made 2 trips already, 1 to order the blinds, 1 to pick up the blinds. It's unfair to ask us to return the blinds to the store again because of poor workmanship at their facility. It's very time consuming and costly. We think a fair solution would be to have them send a courier to pick the blinds up at our home and return them once they have been repaired or replaced. We had to wait weeks to get our blinds only to have this happen, it's no fault of ours. Now we will have to be without blinds again for an unknown length of time. Occured at Store 042. Whitby On.

Smooth process choosing and ordering my motorized blinds. Technician came out to measure and install in a timely fashion. When we had an issue connecting to the wifi hub, our rep made sure a technician walked us through the process until we got it connected. I highly recommend Blinds To Go. This is my second order with them and I will be back.
