Excellent start to finish
We ordered 6 shades, 2 different types. Excellent from start to finish.
Long lead time due to Covid-19, but understandable.

Blinds good fit; fair installation design metric and materials
Blinds were the exact measurement. Installing them is a bit delicate, as there are too many plastic pieces that could break if not snapped in precisely. There’s gotta be a better way. Unsnapping them almost always damages them. Terrible design.

i just thought the wait time to get a blind was extreme. I understand there's extenuating circumstances, but to go from advertising a couple of days for blinds to nearly 3 months, I think is very inconvenient

We have used Blinds To Go twice for our business. They came to our office and measured our windows, helped us decide which blinds would work best for us and put in the order. The blinds came in within a few weeks and we were notified to make an appointment for installation. The installation was quick and we are very happy with the results. We will definitely use Blinds To Go in the future.
