Elsie our salesperson was so helpful in helping us select the shades for our windows; power shades for tall windows, pushup shades for the 8’ wide windows and chain operating shades for the rest. She helped us choose just the right colors too. Really helpful and friendly. Adrian measured and installed our shades. He was on time neat and clean and very courteous. A great experience.

5 starts from start to finish It was amazing from the start
It was amazing from the start. Maurine was very knowledgeable and helpful picking out shades and curtains from the samples she brought to our house to cover our entire new home. I was kept up to date on when the products will arrive. The installer was polite, friendly, professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job installing all the shades and curtains. He was very patient and thorough with explaining how the motorized shades worked. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!!

Poor design for charging the shade’s batteries
We’ve had our motorized shades for over a year. During that time they have looked and operated quite well. However the battery recently started beeping indicating that it was time to be recharged. We have the cables to do this but there are no instructions telling us what to do with the cables to initiate the charging. The end of the cable has a micro usb connector but there is no obvious place in which to plug it in. After spending 30 minutes searching for the cable port I finally found a “possible” spot in which the usb male connector might fit. It’s in a very awkward spot. I now have both batteries charging - at least I think they might be - and I see there is no LED indicator to tell me that charging is occurring. This is a very poor setup. I guess we need to wait 8 or so hours to see if we can raise and lower the shades without any beeping. That will be our only indicator that we have charged the batteries successfully.

They gave me great guidance in making sure my measurements were exactly as required. Perfect fit.
Wish I had installed the 30 years ago. Vertical blinds allow my dog to peak out windows without destroying them. They just swing to the side with a brush of his nose. We went through hundreds of dollars and countless time on changing broken mini blinds around the house from our dogs prior to this. And there was always ugly broken blinds in between the fixes!!
Couldn’t find these anywhere else! Thank you Blinds to Go.
