Transaction and install went without any concerns.

Good quality. Surprisingly very easy to install. Gives a clean look to any window. I ended up buying more. Only wish that they came in more variety of colors.

We bought our blind a few years ago and the strings needed to be restrung. Turn around was quick. Donovan in the Somerville NJ was EXCELLENT. Extremely professional and went above and beyond when placing our order for more blinds.

Both the salesperson and the installer, as well as another person at the store who answered questions for me between buying the blinds and installation, were professional and responsive.

Was promised product in 4 weeks but order took about 8 weeks. I understand the effects of COVID but received no communication to update me on progress. Finally received blinds and while nice enough the appearance did not justify the price. Honestly the blinds I purchased from Home Depot for my other windows were just as nice. Example: the slats on my custom blinds shift causing an uneven look while the Home Depot ones do not shift. Disappointing.

I was pleased from the time I bought the blind with the store help to the person that installed it.

past purchases have gone great . even at the tail end of the pandemic shutdown, when they had just reopened.. but of course i had one final order and it was only two sets of shades.. and because they have more business now a 4 week order, has been qouted at coming in feb. TWO SETS OF BLINDS ORDERED IN NOV. I most likely will take my business somewhere else for now on .. mind you i have roughly spent 5-6k.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Scott in the Eatontown store was so friendly, informative, and patient both times we came in to choose window treatments. He never rushed us and made helpful suggestions when we were unsure what to order for our first home. We still talk about the wonderful experience and tell all of our friends! Our installer, Joe, was also excellent. He was scheduled to measure our windows on a day we had to do a big renovation project last minute, and he kindly took care of everything we had asked for, even though it was less convenient than we planned. On installation day, he was quick and thorough and left us with absolutely no message and really beautiful shutters and blinds! Thank you so much, everyone!

I had a very positive experience with Blinds to Go! They provided blinds for 5 rooms in my home. There was a problem with the blinds in my kitchen. When I brought this to the attention of Ruth Mercado and Crystal at the Eatontown, NJ
store they replaced the blinds without any extra charge. Richard Craig did a great job with the installation.

The quality of their products is excellent!!! Their store staff in Eatontown are knowledgeable, and most important, they took the time needed to explain the many different options available for customizing our purchase. All-in-all a terrific company!!!

I was very anxious to place my long awaited order for plantation shutters for my home!
The appt for measuring was quickly scheduled and the shutters arrived earlier than expected. My installer, Mike Washington, was an expert in this type of installation (an outside mount). They’re beautiful and I love them.

Took in blinds for re-stringing. Fast, courteous service...got them back in 4 days. (No charge of course). Very dependable company to deal with!
