Kowledgeable and professional staff, efficiecy and punctuality. I like the idea of having carrier-track life warranty, as I am using a lot of vertical blinds on many locations. The only objection I have is that they are of very fragile design prone to failure.

Professional and helpful
The staff went out of their way to help us find the right part for the charger of our blinds. It wasn't readily available but they looked for and made sure it was the correct part for the model we needed. The ataff really know their stuff!
