Mario was a great help. The blinds took a little longer to be prepared than originally told but they look great. Install was super fast. There was a bit of an error with the haul away of the old blinds but it was remedied after a call.

First, the product is excellent. They had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Most importantly, both the salesperson and the installer were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

The whole process was Super Easy!! My Consultant, Annelise, was Great and Communication between us was wonderful!! She helped me choose the fabric for the Curtains and color of the Rod. The Measurer, Steve, was very Professional and the Installer, Oscar knew exactly what he was doing!!

The sales rep Sebert was wonderful to work with, and the price was reasonable. The installer Tim did a good job with installation and removing old blinds that were broken.

Salesperson was attentive to needs

Two blinds, One with the proper length wand, (14 inch) as ordered The other with a 32 inch incorrect length. One of the binds had a hole in one panel stamped in it. The oval shaped hole is what is used
for the draw strings to pass thru. Thin hole is around
4 inches to the right of the strings. Needless to say
this is some sloppy work. One Star is a gift

The staff at the Columbia store are always wonderful and friendly. They are also knowledgeable about their products.

Missed mark on providing all necessary parts for the project despite explaining and showing pictures of the our window/door layout. Required Accessories later ordered but took more than 4 weeks to receive. Had to make multiple trips to the store to pick up parts because it was not all ready. Installation delayed and this is unacceptable. I wish I had purchased else where.

Everything was great from the beginning to the end of our project. Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to communicate with. The designer at the store was exceedingly helpful, made excellent suggestions and followed through on everything she said she would do. The gentleman who came to make sure our measurements were correct was friendly and on time. The installer was also on time, friendly and thorough. You could tell how much he enjoys his work. We could not have had a better experience. We are returning customers and will definitely be returning again in the future.

Fantastic experience all around! Donnie, our Saleswoman at the Columbia, MD store was so helpful and never pressured us at all. I actually had so much fun with her while we were deciding on colors and products. Then Tim, who came to measure and then came back to install was fast, neat, and very knowledgeable. We had to make a custom header for one of our windows to order what we wanted and Tim was extremely helpful with that, evening providing his cell so that I could text him photos and questions. And the window treatments that we purchased for 4 rooms are all beautiful! VERY HAPPY!

I love my blinds and the service received! The installation was a breeze.

love the blinds but they installed the wands on my vertical blinds in the center despite me going over the placement with the installer and him submitting the right placement (i have photocopies to prove correct placement). Now we have to call the Blind store, reorder/replace the blinds so the wands are in the correct placement (we have sliding doors that move from R to L so we wanted the blinds wand on the R side, but they sent all 3 windows to be in the center - makes no sense !)

Addendum: they were very nice when I called and immediately scheduled for the faulty blinds to get replaced, so thank you!

The installers were both very good. They took care in being careful and completed the job quickly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend blinds to go to friends and family.

The gentleman who put up our blinds was really good and did it quickly!!
