Disappointing!
We are very disappointed with the quality of the drapes that we purchased. The interior consultant that came to help me decide what to get and what kind of top would look good was very kind and professional. However, she recommended the back tab for our sheers and side bar panels. The pictures she showed my husband and I were very nice and looked classy. What we got looks nothing like the pictures. They tops are so flimsy, they don’t hold their shape, and looks messy. I also read that the installer steams drapery when hung. Not this time. The side panels are full of creases and folds. Again, what a mess. They do not hang properly. So disappointing. I don’t think I would recommend Blinds to Go. It’s too bad. I had high hopes and couldn’t wait to get my order in and installed. I really do not know what to do because they don’t install until the order is paid in full. I don’t know if they’ll do anything to fix it.

Staff at store and installer were very pleasant,helpful and I enjoyed dealing with them. My complaint is that the recharging cord is way to short, does not reach my outlets. Also the 2 blinds for my patio door when they are fully up what hangs down looks lopsided yet the header is straight. The hanging piece when in the up position doesn’t look right. Otherwise, I love the blinds

I just wrote a review for this purchase. Not impressed with the quality of the slats, flimsy compared to the ones I replaced. I ordered 2 blinds, one has a frayed cord (took pic). The slat where its frayed does not lie properly, the gap between it and the slat above is larger. Every time the blinds ard lowered I have to fiddle with the slats to level them. Not impressed. Do not recommend.

Amazing
Right from the moment I called the store, I had the pleasure to speak with Ashley. She immediately made me feel appreciated and comfortable as a customer and went over and beyond to answer any and all my questions (what a sweetheart). My home evaluation with Sergiy was brilliant. He involved and interacted with my daughters aged 19 and 21 who were extremely skeptical about change but he encouraged them at how wonderful they were going to look. That was huge for me!!!! Chris, the gentleman who did the measurements and installation was also professional and kind. What else can I say other than a BIG Thank You to Blinds to Go because our window coverings look amazing!!!!

The only thing negative is, I wish there was touch up paint for the blinds when they get a scratch on them.

As far as touch up paint goes, while we cannot guarantee it, most of the wood colors are easy to find at a local hardware store or online in a touch up color marker or something similar. Colors are loosely based off of Benjamin Moore paint colors as well so you may have some touch up luck with that too depending on the color. We have passed your feedback along to the Product Development team as well though for future consideration and options. Thank you!!!

Absolutely thrilled with our new drapery! The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship is outstanding — you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. The colors are vibrant and exactly as pictured, and the drapes hang beautifully and smoothly. They’ve completely transformed the room, adding both style and function. The best At Home Design Consultant and Installer
I have always had great service from Binds to Go. A new installation here was for an all glass dining room that required sun and heat protection during the warm and summer seasons. Sergiy Kastrovskyy chose the correct blinds that give both light and protection from the heat and sun. Andrew, the installer, was meticulous and precise with his measurements of each of the 6 large windows. The installation went without a hitch. The look of the room is beautiful. Both men were professional and polite and a pleasure to work with.
