The gift of time

Great watches and customer service
Great watches, so eye catching and different to any other brand! But more significantly the customer service is world class! I had a small problem with my second Blessington watch and the team went way beyond expectations (thanks Claire). I have not received my watch yet so…
I have not received my watch yet so this review is part 1.
I ended up deciding to change the type and colour of watch I ordered. Not only were they willing to accommodate my request, Claire was quick to respond and made the process simple and easy. I am so excited to get this watch for a gift for my husband and even more excited now that I know I have the right one on its way.
Sometimes it feels like good customer service is less and less common but Blessington is an exception.
Part 2 to come once I get the watch! Can’t wait!

Blessington Watches A+++
Blessington watches appeared in my facebook feed late last year and being a nature nerd I just had to investigate. I ordered a whale shark and green tree python first. Both were stunning and being a stickler for quality I was more than impressed. There is a facebook page for Blessington watch owners to share their purchases, ask questions and the owners and designers interact with the community often asking for feed back on upcoming design options - and they listen! - what other company offers that! Prompt, open and honest communicatition regarding production and delivery times combined with quality, style and innovation makes for an A+++ Australian owned company offering unique Australian designs - I now own 11 and counting! Buy one or more, you will not be disappointed.

Watch out for their returns and refund policy - read it before you buy.
I purchased two watches for birthday gifts and one arrived well after the advertised delivery date, and the other one I am still waiting for. Requested a refund and was told no refunds because I ordered a pre-ordered item (didn't see that on the site when I ordered)
Their response - "As this is a preorder item, we’re not able to cancel or refund the remaining watch due to the estimated preorder timeframe changing or because the item was needed by a specific date."
Their website - says reserve now - no mention of pre-order.
Won't be buying from them again.

Just to clarify, the remaining watch on your order is a preorder item, and the estimated timeframe was shown on the product page before ordering. Preorder production timeframes can change while production, finishing and quality checks are completed.
We also send production updates during the preorder period to keep customers informed, although these emails can sometimes land in junk or spam folders.
The shipping timeframe shown at checkout refers to delivery after an order has been dispatched. It does not mean a preorder item will dispatch immediately from the date of purchase.
We have replied to your support emails and provided the available options, including continuing to wait, swapping to an in-stock model, swapping to another available watch with any price difference adjusted, or receiving store credit for the value of the preorder.
We’re genuinely sorry this has not worked out as you expected, but we do need to follow our preorder and returns policy consistently.

I love these watches. Great quality. I now own four. Each one is unique. Just received the new Whale shark, love the purple illumination so different from the normal green you get. The two brothers always keep you in the loop of new watches in the collection coming. Keep up the good work.

Yes I may have waited a little bit longer than I expected but the end result was a watch that is both very functional and appealing to the eye. Being an automatic movement is the main reason I purchased this watch and it has never failed every time I go back to wear it for work it stays on time all the time. Darren
