Still waiting for my refills 3 months gone.the email they printed don't work?scam don't buy

Scam never answer emails I still don’t have what I purchased I want my money back !!!

I have tried to get in touch with the Company. I only recieved 1/3 of the order:( they don’t reply on mail. Does anyone now a phone nr ?

I have placed two orders, one turned up the other one never arrived but that wasn’t the problem….

I was sick of having two yellow teeth from smoking and other factors in my life. I decided to get the 44% peroxide (check UK laws). As soon as I put it on I could tell it was working. I only used it for 5 mins but…. One week later I’m having huge problems and I only put on less than one ML. I took it to my dentist and he was extremely worried and did some checks on it by sending it off.

It’s not 44% peroxide… it’s an unkown bleach substitute meaning I could’ve put toilet cleaner on my teeth!

Please do not use this company not just because of the 44% peroxide but also because there is no proof or evidence of what is actually going into the products.

I am in process of trying to organise a refund with my bank. This is a fake company with fake reviews. They prepare a label and provide tracking details but never send the item. I am actually disgusted that scams like this are not taken down from websites. Genuinely be as well burning your cash than spending it here. Also try and contact and its a yahoo email address. They never respond.

Nice service. The item arrived 1 week after the order so that's okay because it came from USA to Spain. They don't sell to France and it's a pity. The order updates don't work at all, but I recevied my item in a good state! It's the 2nd time I use this service and I would recommend it.

I have used this company many times, and I have always been happy with their service as well as the products that I buy from them. They use USPS (with excellent tracking updates) in the States, and once the item reaches Heathrow Airport (UK), the Royal Mail receives the item and delivers it to its final destination. I have never experienced any delays in delivery by USPS, but sometimes the Royal mail is a little slow. The item is always well packed. The communication is always very prompt and helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

So I was worried when I placed my order after reading the reviews suggesting this was a scam site but I can only add a positive review for this company I placed my order and it was here after about a week and Got exactly what I expected I also sent an email and got a reply straight back all round good service

Sent wrong item and didn't offer a solution.

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from this company but I received the order after 8 days. The tracking was superb - kept informed all the way.
The gel is exactly as described and is working well.

This company is scam. Dont waste your money here! the orders dont get delivered, and the customer service doesnt refund your money back. The way the handle the customers via email is awful, and i wont never buy a thing in this web site neither recommend to anybody.

I was concerned when the goods didn’t arrive when expected but my email was quickly followed up & a revised delivery date advised. However, the goods didn’t arrive on the advised date & again my email was quickly dealt with. The goods did arrive a couple of days thereafter - I hadn’t realised they are shipped from America. The products are as expected & I would use again.

I was worried by the reviews I had read. My order did take some time to arrive, about 2 weeks, but customer service answered my emails and it actually arrived the same day they told me it would.

I placed my order on Friday & received it today-Tuesday! I was very impressed & didn’t cost as much as at the dentist!
I would recommend & I will use again.

Delivery time took longer than expected initially as I was under the impression the stock was held in the UK. We ordered two whitening kits, one for my partner and one for myself but only one was delivered. Customer care were fantastic though and ensured me a new delivery would be dispatched and with us ASAP. They stayed in touch throughout to advise and provided me with a new order number to track. The delivery time for both kits took just under 4 weeks but the kits are great and are exactly as expected.

Was worried about ordering from abroad but got regular updates and answers to emails. Delivery was a little delayed but arrived safe and sound. Excellent product!

I can’t understand all the negative reviews. Admittedly I was worried when first ordering, but I’d ordered twice in the past over the last 7 years with no issues so thought I’d give them another go. Brilliant service, tracking every step of the journey, arrived in 11 days with no customs charges to pay. Would definitely order again. Thank you xx

Yep, bought some whitening gel then read all of those negative reviews online and figured i should've just thrown that money away because i had probably just fell for a scam.
How wrong i was. Took around 2 weeks to arrive, which wasn't so bad. The gel itself works very well which was a massive relief since i had bought at least 3 others that didn't do anything. Only took a few days before i started seeing results. I'm a satisfied customer.

Ordered item 30th january , still not arrived. When queried , customer advisor told me the delay is because of the pandemic 🥴🥴🥴. Order has been sitting in london since 7th Feb. Never again
