Brilliant experience!

Delivery mistake, but quick response to rectify the problems
There was a small delivery issues, which made the product return to sender. Matthew confirmed it was a mistake, and offered to refund the delivery fee as compensation, which I am really happy with. Once re-sent the product arrived in express delivery and I am really happy with it! I am especially happy with the quick response and communication from the owner, and am happy to shop with Blankspace in the future.

Fantastic!
Matthew was fantastic; from recieving my order in a timely fashion (actually, incredibly fast!) to sorting out a request with the invoice - and all with a virtual smile (via email).

What a brilliant shop
