I would 100% recommend working with Crystel at Blanc!
Crystel is an amazing professional and she welcomes clients in the nicest way. With me, she always made sure I was confortable and relaxed before each fitting and respected the privacy I needed.
Also, while I had to work around very very short deadlines for alterations she helped to find all the solutions to make sure I would have my dress on time, including helping with dry cleaning etc.
Eventually and most importantly, the alterations that Crystel made on my dress were just perfect, giving the dress an additional level of sophistication. (Thank you so much Crystel!!)
I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Crystel, I have rarely encountered that level of service anywhere else.

Wedding Dress Fittings
Crystel was brilliant to work with on my wedding dress. She is very knowledgeable about dresses and designs which meant she was able to advise me really well on my fittings. Nothing was too much for her and my dress is perfect now. I’d definitely recommend her for any tailoring needed.

Great customer service
Joseph took my measurements right away and added extra elements such as a hook for my denim corset top. All the clothes were altered in just 2 days and they fit really well. The customer service is great.

Thankyou so much to Joseph and Cristel who made my Wedding dress a perfect fit this summer! It's a Rime Arodaky so very precious..he handled it with much care & expertise! He listened exactly to what I required & delivered in good time. It's now much more suited to my height/shape and easier to move/dance in thanks to his alterations. High quality work
I've been to BLANC a few times now for dry cleaning and dress alterations. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and Joseph and Crystal do a stellar job with alterations. They managed to make my dresses look more expensive than their original models, and to fix a dress I was told by other tailors couldn't get fixed.

Crystel is amazing
Crystel is an absolute miracle worker, and honestly one of the loveliest people I have ever met. She worked on my wedding dress alterations, and every step of the way, her primary focus was my comfort and happiness. She really made me feel special and went above any beyond for me, even when my dress needed more alterations than expected. She is so incredibly talented and such a lovely person. Joseph - great talior
Joseph tailored my wedding dress which needed quite a bit of alteration and the result was perfect - he even managed to turn additional material we took off the bottom into ribbons for hair. Thank you Joseph!
