We had a 3x4 Nova Titan pergola installed in April 2025 after friends recommended Blakesleys. We were so busy enjoying it all of last summer, we are only just getting round to reviewing it!

Our conversations started via WhatsApp with Ian and Dave in the February, which then led to a video call. The customer service was excellent from the start. The response to any questions we had was quick and thoroughly answered. Even the company that were delivering were excellent to work with. They were friendly to speak to and happy to accommodate our chosen delivery date/time of day to suit us. The guys that actually delivered were super friendly too.

We paid the extra for installation and we were glad we did. Kevin was brilliant, skilled, experienced and again very friendly. It only took him a few hours and did it single handed. We were concerned about drilling in to our newly laid porcelain patio but after being reassured by Ian that it would be ok, Kevin did it with ease and with no damage to the tiles.

The only thing that was a little bit annoying was that the website seemed different on a mobile phone to on a laptop, including offers but this may have changed now. It obviously didn’t put us off but it could have.

We purchased a glass room veranda through Blakesleys. Ian was brilliant, helped us achieve the best possible outcome for our budget. Such great quality, the veranda has led lighting, remote blinds and heating to make this a very luxurious addition to our home

Ordered a glass -enclosed pergola, measuring 4mx3m
and it was a first class customer experience from start to finish. Firstly, Ian, the owner was a brilliant communicator replying rapidly to enquiries. The pergola product exceeded expectations and the installation by Charlie, in the face of awful weather, was exemplary and highly professional.

Good communication-delivery took about 2 weeks. Nova Titan pergola is an excellent product, we chose 4 blinds ( one of which was provided as part of the pergola cost) as the area in which our located can be breezy. Blinds keep both wind and sun out if required . I installed mine with help from a friend and it was relatively straightforward- took about two hours for the pergola and then the same again for the four blinds. We are really pleased with our purchase and found that Blakesleys were best on price.

Long wait for the product not all of the order was despatched,issues with the led lights ,they sent a replacement quickly.

Easy website, and kept up with the delivery as planned, very good product and fairly easy to follow the instructions, blinds are very good and easy to install,

Purchased a nova titan 3x3.6 from blakesley’s. It’s fantastic!! Have been thinking of buying a pergola for a while to enhance my garden space and after viewing different types settled on the titan. What made me choose blakesleys was the price and deal. No other company came close. I messaged them for more information which was provided promptly and made payment. There was a hold up from the delivery company but again communication from blakesleys was excellent and I was kept informed throughout. I would highly recommend blakesleys and will be using them again for future purchases.

Great price, quality product, delivery and communication!

We are extremely pleased with the glass room we purchased via Ian and installed by Costin and Adrian. The quality and build is fantastic. Given tree roots found in the ground and having specialist finished concrete as our final floor, we had several visits from Ian’s team as the installation had to be completed in sections. The materials arrived from Europe and whilst some things were missing Ian always found a solution. Costin and Adrian are extremely hard working and knowledgeable which is important for this specialist job, but importantly for us they were Trust worthy and were left with full access to our home without any concerns from us.
All in all, a great product installed by quality tradesman, but don’t underestimate the planning needed before and during installation.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I purchased sliding doors for my pergola, paying £5,800. The product I received was incomplete and not as described — the handles were not the same as shown on their website. Instead of screwed-in handles (which are depicted in all the online photos), I received adhesive-based handles. Professional glass installers advised that these would eventually detach under the weight of the glass.

When I raised this with Ian, he dismissed my concerns, stating that the screwed-in handles are "more expensive." However, at the time of purchase, there was no option to choose between handle types, and the listing clearly only displayed the better-quality, screwed-in version. I challenged him to show me a photo of the adhesive handles on the website, but he could not — only offering unconvincing excuses and avoiding taking any responsibility.

In addition, they failed to provide installation instructions when asked, claiming they didn't have any, which is very odd as they are legaly required to provide those. They also forgot to send the tracking system components, which fortunately I had confirmed beforehand in writing that they should be included— otherwise, I suspect they would have asked for additional payment.

They also sent incorrect L profiles. When I pointed out that they didn’t fit the U profiles, I was told they were "unnecessary" — again trying to avoid accountability. However, the installers confirmed that these parts are essential to prevent the glass from chipping against the screws.

When I raised all these issues, Ian simply dismissed my concerns and eventually refused to communicate any further.

Overall, a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing from this company an be careful because you may not receive what you see in the photos.

Pergola delivered promptly. The pergola is just as described and looks great. It seems to be well designed, good quality and was erected without any problems. Very happy.

Product delivery was delayed and your communication wasn't great so we had to chase it with you. That said, once you received the product you got it out to us pretty quickly and we are very pleased with the quality.

Delivery took much longer than I was originally told. Product is well made and easy enough to fit, but there's no operating handle/lever for the louvres - lets it down a bit.
