Appreciate the acknowledgment

Appreciate the acknowledgment - so frustrating when website software that was formerly smooth suddenly becomes glitchy and placing an order becomes a gauntlet. I have to remind myself that online shopping will never be perfect and helplines exist for a reason.

Returned pocket knife due to weak detent

The pocket knife I purchased had a weak detent. Since it was a $300 knife, I felt like I shouldn't have to take it apart and adjust it myself. Not to mention not being able to return it if I scratched or messed up the knife in the process.

So, I requested to return it. BHQ promptly authorized a return and a return shipment label. As soon as they received it, they emailed that my refund was being processed.

The return experience was as stress free as possible. Awesome!

5 star customer service & inventory

SO GLAD I FOUND BHQ (Kim's the best!))

What made my experience great today was (and always has been) the support from BHQ. Shout out to Kim who squared me away. As a retired Army veteran and knife fiend, the people at BHQ are even more incredible than the knives I get. If you ever doubt purchasing here instead of the go to you may have, stop yourself. Blade HQ has awesome customer service.

Blade HQ has always had top tier customer service. Been on a knife buying kick lately, got a bad Böker AK74 and had no trouble with getting help and then an exchange.

Highly recommend purchasing through BHQ especially for new buyers that may be concerned with spending $$$ on blades people didn't know could cost so much. 😛
BHQ definitely brings peace of mind with the purchase and their willingness to be real cool and helpful with the customers.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Claimed they canceled my order yet I received a tracking number minutes after inquiring about cancelation. I want my item or I want a refund. Mrs.Dallas is not very helpful at all.

Untrustworthy merchants

The received product had some defects, so a return was processed. However, my $25 fee was deducted. The website's return policy clearly states that returns are free of charge, which is very disappointing and frustrating. I will never purchase any products from this company again. A company without credit.

Excellent service processing a return

Had to return a folding knife that was not functioning properly. BHQ approved the return request and provided a return email within a few hours of the request being submitted, and the refund was issued within a day of the return being received. Excellent service all around.

The knife I got was an otf that broke…

The knife I got was an otf that broke on the 1st fire but they gave me a refund and even let me keep the knife so I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning it . Very impressed thank you I will be a return customer
