Excellent service from start to finish. So easy. I’d forgotten how sharp my knives should be. Had three knives done initially but going to have more done now.

Really great service. We had been wanting to get our Globe Steel knives sharpened for ages. Then I came across this fantastic service. It all seemed so simple. Select how many knives you would like sharpened, await the delivery of the packing box and send it straight back. Literally, a few days later our knives were couriered back all as sharp as anything and looking great. Brilliant service. 👏

New life for my favourite knives at a reasonable price. Fast service too.

My favourite chefs knife had been sharpend to a bad curve and the tip was missing. As it was around 40 years old I did consider replacing it but saw B&B so thought I'd give it a try. The blade profile and tip have been restored and the hilt ground to a pleasing shape. I also had a Global knife and a commercial salmon slicing knife sharpened, both with great results. These knives should now see me out.

This worked well. My knives were returned very sharp. I upgraded the delivery option after I received the initial box and worried that they had not asked for my name/ order number etc. However, I received an acknowledgement and everything matched up, so their systems seem to be good. I will use them again.

Very pleased with service provided by Blade & Butler. Good communication and box arrived quickly. Once returned, my order was soon back out for delivery. very pleased with my knives, some were very old and they have come back like new, Would definitely use them again.

What an excellent service.
So easy to do, and very quick to turnaround.
My Global knives had some damage which has now been repaired and they look like new.
I will not leave it so long to get them professionally sharpened. Expensive knives deserve the Blade & Butler treatment.

My second time using B&B service. Knives and a pair of kitchen scissors were well sharpened. The courier system and packaging system worked well. Speedy turnaround. All in all, a positive experience.

I sent five Global knives that I have struggled to keep sharp over the years. They have arrived back sharper than they have ever been. Our serrated bread knife just glided through a loaf with hardly any effort, struggling to eat the bread fast enough it’s so enjoyable to use 😉. Will definitely use B&B again.

The serrated knives we sent were blunt and are now wonderfully sharp and a japanese knife we received as a wedding present that had a nick out if it and a broken tip has been beautifully sharpened polished and reshaped. This was an excellent service and very easy to use. Thank you

Excellent service. I used them for the first time, the process was smooth and efficient, knives returned promptly, impeccably sharp and they even took out a couple of notches. I will use the again for certain.

The process worked exactly as described on the website and our knives were back in perfect condition i. Five days including a weekend.

A great service

The provided packaging for the knives was excellent, and the resultant service was fantastic, the knives are sharper than they've ever been. A little more transparency around the timings of the process would have made it perfect, but I would highly recommend it.

Superb service ! Box received to send knives back very secure with sleeves for the knives and stickers to keep secure. Quick turnaround and the joy of drawing each knife through a tomatoe to show how sharp they are.. Superb service and my Global knives are factory sharp once more and I’d forgotten just what that was like !
