I’ve ordered from here multiple times…mostly excellent quality and speed of service. I’ve now been waiting for over 3 weeks for a delivery that was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago…multiple messages to the company via email and no response at all…moving to request refund from my credit card for non-delivery and none responsiveness
If I could give it zero stars I would! Horrible customer service! I ordered a bottle of special edition Crown Royal that cost over hundred dollars. This was a gift that needed to be on time so I paid $48 to have 2- day delivery and it arrived 4 days late! The package was unopened and sent back-refused via FedEx in its original condition and signed for by MMEISON yet the owner has never credited me for a product they have in their possession. After several calls to the business, and after being promised several times that I would receive a call back-nothing! They still need to make this right! I would be very cautious if you are thinking of ordering from this business!
Constantly sends spam emails even though I have never ordered and have unsubscribed from their lists multiple times.
Blackwell's Wine and Spirits is GREAT!!! You can easily find rare spirits that aren't available in many areas. Their prices, even with the Value Added Tax, is VERY reasonable! I STRONGLY recommend them! Just make sure you place order 3 - 4 weeks before you need it.
