We tried looking for a receipt with your name in our database but could not find one. This likely means that you did not purchase the phone from our official US store - https://us.blackview.store. Or did you use a different name when you bought the phone? If so, please tell us the name on the receipt as you are likely still eligible for claiming a warranty from us.
If you did not buy the device from us, we are still more than happy to help.
As much as it is unfair that we get negative reviews from customers that did not buy their devices from our store, we still would like to apologize and hope to resolve your issue to the best of our abilities.

I wanted assistance in choosing a blackview phone that would meet the needs I had. I tried reaching out via chat, sat there for almost 2 hours at number one in que with no response. Looked for contact number, finally found one which just led to a recording stating busy and was disconnected. If this is the type of service I can expect once I purchase a phone I have to rethink my position on wanting a blackview.

Please use a credit card if you purchase a phone that is over £100.00 in value from Blackview. Otherwise you could be disappointed when you find out the 1 year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
