Don’t waste your money on the poor quality items, no surprise that I had such a low rating. Can’t even return the terrible purchase I bought. These people are crooks, do NOT use them.

This is a scam website. They sent faulty or unrepresentative clothes which are nothing like the pictures and are shipped late from China.

Seek a refund from your card company

I got the same experience as everyone else, the wrong items delivered, 2 weeks for delivery, no responses to emails or phone calls.

Simply appalling. Faulty goods, arrived late and very poor quality. No response from customer service despite several emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Drop shipped from china. Took weeks to arrive and when it eventually did the trousers were totally different to what was ordered

Avoid - complete scam.

They give no indication on delivery because it comes from Asia.

What arrives is completely different to what you ordered and really poor quality, that doesn’t even fit.

I managed get my money back through my banks charge back. Fingers crossed it doesn’t get revoked.

Ordered swimming shorts items do not match description or photo of product orders. Very poor.

Also took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered to a COLLECTION POINT. Not even my property even though it stated my order would be delivered within 5-7 working days. Do not order.

Ater you have recived your item you can not get any email respons and the phone number is disconnected. So not able to get a refund etc

I have had a similar experience to many others regarding Blackstone-London.

I ordered a short trench coat, billed as premium technical quality, cotton blend. What I received instead is a very poor quality, cheap imitation of what I ordered, definitely not the same material as described, cheap nasty buttons, no label, not even washing or care instructions on the inside. Many finer details differ to what was described.

I also did not realise that the item was to be distributed from China, it took thee weeks to arrive. I emailed the company on their ‘customer support’ email twice to chase up and request a cancellation of the order - No answer.

Following receipt, I emailed again, again no answer, and tried to call the number on the website, which dials off.

I reiterate the previous messages: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Like rest of reviews I suspect this is a scam. Products took over a month to arrive from china.

Items were similar to what I ordered. Issue was that I ordered medium and these were at best small.

Now no response from refund requests. Do not buy from them.

Husband ordered a pair of jeans. After a couple of weeks tried to make contact via phone, the line was dead! Sent an email, no response! Goods eventually arrived 3 weeks following order. Item not as described or pictured, made in China with no appropriate labelling on the product. Have decided following the comments of others and no clear return policy the item will be going to charity. Lesson learnt, treble check a company’s status!!!

Terrible company - ordered a waistcoat for a wedding, they sent something completely different and of very poor quality! I paid over £150 and this thing must be worth £10. No way to contact, phone number doesn't work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a waistcoat before a wedding from this company. The delivery is very misleading, suggesting it is delivered in 4- 6 days but it is actually shipped directly from China and takes significantly longer, in my case 2 weeks plus. Delivery date was missed and I requested a full refund as the product was returned. I have had no response from their customer service email for my 3 requests raised even though it states 30 day money back guarantee. Avoid at all costs. The phone number is disconnected and doesn't work.

Absolutely avoid this company like the plague - a complete scam! I didn't see the reviews before I ordered. The website looks great. Reasonable prices but not overly cheap. First warning bell was when then items took an age to get to me but finally arrived after 15 days and was obviously posted from China. But the real problem was what arrived. I'd ordered a linen shirt and a towelling polo - what arrived was not remotely like what I ordered material wise! They looked the same design but the material was very cheap. The linen shirt was actually polyester. I immediately emailed the company about a return and still haven't heard back. I tried to ring the number on the website - it doesn't exist. Now trying to get the money back via my credit card claims but I don't know yet whether this was successful. Very disappointing as I thought I'd found some nice clothing for my husbands birthday. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Their e-mail adress has a different domain to their website (finishing with info-blackstonelondon.com vs. blackstone-london.com).

Their phone number listed in their website (+447759387289) does not exist when you call it.

The company is registered under a shell name Horizon International Commerce LLC in Delaware US (16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, EE. UU.).

This is a clear SCAM.

AVOID! Scammers sending cheap rubbish from china. Extremely poor quality and they won’t respond to any messages or calls. Don’t waste your money with this joke company.

Ordered a wide brim bucket hat for the sun protection purpose, the seller sent it from China, it took almost two weeks to deliver, I’ve got the order today and they sent wrong item instead that I can’t use at all it’s simple small. Absolutely beautiful quality of fulfilment process to send useless small parcel from another part of the earth.

Ordered 2 hats and received completely different products from what was advertised. Classic bait-and-switch. Website states 30-day money-back guarantee and +25,000 happy customers.....Suspected something was amiss when delivery was 3 weeks from China, but too late by then. Tried contacting, but zero response from email and phone contact. Suspected fraudulent trading and have raised a dispute with the bank. Avoid.

Received goods not as advertised. No response to requests for return labels. No answer to published telephone number.
Is this a real company? It's not a serious one. Keep away from it.

Sent an inferior product , not as illustrated on the advertisement. They do not respond to emails no returns form in the packaging. Took three weeks to arrive. Approaching credit card company now for refund. Suspected fraud , I would not deal with this company.
