Absolute scam

Absolute scammers. Ordered a pair of shoes in April 2025. Met with consistent emails of shipping delays and unresponsive customer service. Every time there is mention of refund they claim to "escalate" and then go radio silent. "Shipment" promises are continuously pushed month over month.
The inventory doesn't exist. I've visited their store in soho - it's just a showroom and even the employees can't give you a shipping estimate with a straight face.

Avoid this brand like the plague.

Worst Customer Service Ever?

I ordered a pair of loafers in November of 2024. I used Affirm to pay for them because B&W is extremely expensive.

Long story short, After countless excuses and well over a year later...I never received them, and I am trying to get a refund which is proving near impossible because I used affirm...I feel completely duped.

Avoid this business like the plague.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! Placed an order with a gift card that was given to me. After 6 months of waiting, I asked to cancel the order in order for me to place an IN STOCK pair. They cancelled my order and kept the funds because I did not originally purchase the Gift Card

Liars and con artists

Dishonest and completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a pair of shoes nearly a year ago and never received them. I was assured multiple times that I would be refunded, but the refund never came.

Scam Vibes

If this group took HALF as much time with customer service as they do curating their image, they’d be a Fortune 500 company.

They post on Instagram constantly so that seems to be the best way to reach them. I’ve commented on their posts asking about updates for my order. If you’re lucky enough to get a response they will say dm them, not check it and then delete your post.

This company has nothing but negative reviews for a reason. Beware you may never see your order or get an update. Do not fall for the marketing.

Ordered April 2025 and…..

Ordered April 2025 and it is currently February 2026 and I still have not received my order. I would call the customer service horrible but that would be an understatement. They continue to promo their loafers as if they are fulfilling their orders and they have removed negative comments on their reddit page.

I hate bashing businesses, especially ones that are black owned but there is absolutely no excuse for how shitty their customer service is. I hope Chris grows from this experience and chooses to be overly transparent instead of hiding behind emails.

Almost a total scam

Almost a total scam
I ordered a pair of shoes in August and I still have not got them. I have emailed their support multiple times.
I even went to their brick & morter retail shop in NYC and had the store associate lookup my order that I put online. This store associate confirmed "Yes your order is on it's way and should be at your house before Christmas."
The order has still not arrived and all they have done is give me a $125 gift certificate.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM B&W

I’ve never known a company to charge extra for an exhange after a sale is over and for the customer cover that difference. Order takes months to be delivered in an unreasonable amount of time. They obviously don’t care about their customers. Never forget how they increased their loafer prices from $395 to $475 days before doing a “25% off Black Friday sale.”

Blackstock and Weber has been difficult…

Blackstock and Weber has been difficult to work with their customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes and followed their sizing instructions. I received them but they did not fit and returned them with my updated order for exchange only to learn they did not reserve my size. I was also shocked they only do store credit. I advise dont shop with them for lack of customer service.

Great design but worst customer service…

Great design but worst customer service I experienced in a very long time. Placed my order for two pairs of shoes in May because I needed them for a wedding. They didn't arrive in time so I tried to cancel the order. After a long wait they told me I can't cancel and if I want my money back (EUR 1,000) they can only give me store credit. It's November now. Still haven't received the shoes or received my money back. Instead I received a questionnaire last week from them whether I want to cancel my order and have my money back, which I filled out and answered yes. Today I received a notice that the shoes are on the way. This is not ok. Please don't buy here.

BLACK STOCK & WEBER

Pair of shoes i ordered showed in stock. A week later i am notified that my order is reserved and waiting fulfillment. I requested to receive some form of lead time and never got any. I requested to cancel my order as i never agreed to be on a waitlist for MY WEDDING SHOES. Now they are telling me they can only give me store credit.

Not to mention, customer service is TERRIBLE.

This has been the single worst shopping…

This has been the single worst shopping experience I have ever had. I placed an order in early July, spending nearly €500 on what I thought was a premium product. Today, it’s September, and I still haven’t received anything.

What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I sent several emails asking for updates, explanations, or even just a tracking number. In return, I either received no answer at all or vague replies that didn’t solve anything. There was never any real follow-up, never any respect for me as a paying customer.

You cannot charge customers this kind of money and then fail to deliver both the product and the service. Selling high-priced items comes with the responsibility of providing reliable shipping and professional customer support. Here, I got neither.

At this point, I have lost trust in the company. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from Blackstock & Weber. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and wasted time — there are plenty of other retailers who actually value their customers.

Inexistent customer service

Nice loafers, horrible customer service. I purchased a pair of loafers in December of 2024 and still haven't received them in September 2025. I've been asking for an update or for a refund for months. They finally replied and told me they can't offer refunds, only store credits. Beware. I would never buy from them again.

Terrible Experience

It genuinely pains me to write a negative review — something I never do — especially for what seems to be a great product. But my experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster.

I ordered a pair of simple black loafers in January with a promised delivery date in March. March came and went, and I received a new promise for April. Then April passed, and another delivery date was set for May, accompanied by a public apology from the owner via email, social media, and even Reddit, stating all outstanding orders would ship within 30 days. That gave me hope, especially since I needed these shoes for a wedding at the end of May.

But once again, the shoes didn’t arrive. What’s worse, the owner deleted his public promises and began scrubbing negative comments from Instagram, showing a clear lack of accountability.

After hearing nothing for weeks, I finally requested a refund — and, predictably, got no reply. I initiated a chargeback, and only then did they reach out, asking me to reverse the chargeback and promising shipment the week of 6/21. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and not harm a small business, I complied.

Now it’s late June, the shoes still haven’t arrived, and I was just informed they no longer even have my size in stock — despite me ordering six months ago. I’ve once again been met with radio silence from customer service, and I am currently out $350 with nothing to show for it.

The product might be great, but the customer experience has been abysmal — slow communication, broken promises, and, frankly, shady business practices. At this point, I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from this company. They’ve wasted my time, missed multiple deadlines, and left me empty-handed.

i placed an order and a month later still have not received any updates besides in the first week or my product for a $400 pair of shoes they have horrible customer support i will never be ordering from them again

I placed an order during their Black…

I placed an order during their Black Friday sale. I received one order fairly quickly but the other one I would have to wait until January for it to ship which I was okay with that when I was checking out assuming I would receive them in January. Then it was pushed to February and then April. I have reached out to them for a refund since it’s been over 3 months since I placed the order. At first they were very responsive in getting back to me within 2 business days. But as soon as I asked for a refund they stopped responding and haven’t responded to me in over a week. I have since disputed the charge. It such a shame too because I like their shoes and want to support a black owned business but if that’s how they treat a customer when they are the ones at fault says a lot about them and the way they treat someone who supports them. Wont be spending my money there again.
