From sluggish to switched on!
The organic mushroom elixir has given me so much energy without the crash. Since adding the Lion’s Mane, my focus is clearer and the brain fog I’d been struggling with has lifted. It’s become a daily essential.

Absolutely love the functional bone broth! It gives the mushrooms clarity as well as all the nutrients from bone broth. And it tastes great!

Great product- Great Customer Service
I have been getting a bundle on time, on price, no hassle, and no pressure for< I think 2 years, maybe more.
The product is always excellent. We use it in coffees and smoothies, mayonnaise, and sometimes savoury cooking.
Recently, an order came with a product replacement. Sadly, it was broken.
I contacted BG, got an almost instant reply, and a quick response. BG explained the situation, taking responsibility and offering an alternative, which I accepted. New product on the way.
The problem was solved within 2 emails.
A customer's dream- Great product- Great Customer Service.
I didn't have to return the broken product, so no cost to me either.

It looks like our customer service team asked for a photo of the items received, not out of disbelief, but simply as part of our standard process to help track packing issues and ensure everything’s handled correctly. We truly apologize if it came across as not believing you, that was never the intention.
From what we can see on our end, it looks like your order was for the BOGO Winter Hydrate Kit along with one extra bottle of Gummies. Based on that, your full order should include:
1.) 2x Tremella bottles - 2x Gummies bottles (as part of the Winter Hydrate Kit)
2.) 1x additional Gummies bottle
If something is still missing or incorrect, we absolutely want to get this sorted, just let us know, and we’ll fix it right away.
