Ordered product over 2 weeks ago email sent and I received a reply but still no product…I sent another email since and still haven’t had a reply!

Was trying to bribe me to take down this review saying they will send product only if I take down review…disgrace!!

Ridiculous company one of the worst!
This company is not good! I will not buy another thing from them!

The product was in, however, ordering was a bit glitchy as it wouldn't allow for ordering ore than 1 of each item. Service on collection was polite, helpful and efficient.

Ordered my sleek powder to foundation, 1st order did not arrive upon black Beaty informing me it had, under investigation, my error had been delivered Nextdoor, I have since ordered and had no problem, ordering and delivery were spot on and delivery was quick, I will be using them again.

The product arrived on time, the shade was perfect and when applied it went on smoothly. Will definitely purchase from them again

The delivery time was fine but my only issue was that I ordered 2 products but they weren’t in stock but on the website it said it’s in stock which is a bit irritating but I was given a refund so it’s fine but apart from that everything is great.

I ordered through click n collect, I received an email to collect order at 2pm. I arrived at 2.30pm. I showed email and was told I needed to come at 2pm I stated it was now 2.30pm, the sales assistant then proceeded to shout to someone at the back and tell me it’s coming. In the meantime the assistant served 2 people after me in the queue on the spot, no click n collect necessary. I could see the other assistant putting my order together in the back. I should’ve just turned up and ordered I would’ve received my items a lot quicker. I was left disappointed with the service.

My local shop, so glad that they're online, I was able to get everything I needed & collect it within 48hrs. I'll definitely be ordering again.
