We cannot recommend Sam and the team at Blackacre more. They made such a daunting process of creating the perfect engagement ring so effortless, even when dealing with very quick turn-around! From the first appointment, through the design process and fine-tuning the details, Sam was so attentive throughout and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I knew I wanted something very unique and Sam helped bring those requirements to life! Such a fantastic service, even the resizing process took only 48 hours which kept my fiancée very happy. The ring is absolutely stunning and the craftsmanship is of the highest quality.

Hard to know where to begin, it was the most enjoyable experience ‘working’ with Sam & his team creating the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. From the first meeting over a glass of wine to seeing the Blackacre Designers in action to the finished product, the experience is everything you’d want when making some big decisions. Sam and the team have an incredible way of making you feel very at ease, helped by their extensive knowledge of all things Jewellery. The ring they created is the most beautiful ring, the attention to detail is a work of art, everyone has been blown away by its beauty it’s made me very popular with my in-laws to be. My fiancée can still be found gazing happily at it weeks later!

I would highly recommend Blackacre to anyone, their experience, knowledge and service is exemplary! It turned what is quite a daunting and exciting step to a highly enjoyable and informative experience. Sam and the Blackacre team were really knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They made what could have been a very stressful process really enjoyable, even going above and beyond to sort everything after a couple of mistakes on my side.

I chose Blackacre because my fiancé wanted a sapphire in her engagement ring, i.e. more specialist than only diamonds, so I needed someone who really knew their stuff. After trying out a few different private jewellers, I was most impressed with Blackacre. Sam explained all the different aspects to me and guided me through all the jewellery jargon, to get a final design that I was totally happy with. I was confident I could trust Sam and his team.

The turnaround speed was surprisingly quick, and I have to say the final product blew me and my fiancé away. The quality of the sapphire and accompanying diamonds are excellent, having been hand selected to complement each other by the team.

Thank you very much Blackacre. You will definitely be my go to for my wedding bands and any future jewellery.

From start to finish the service was excellent. They took me through all the options at the beginning and explained the process without ever being too pushy. Once the design was decided the process was very smooth. I got updates along the way. The craftsmanship on the finished ring is incredible. So happy!

Right from the start the whole team went out of their way to ensure that I got the perfect final product. I was kept constantly in the loop with all developments, had stones set aside for me to view that the team thought suited my brief and I even got to see some of the creative process behind the scenes! This level of service and involvement was so calming and helpful when making such an important purchase. It also made the whole process a wonderful and unique experience, which would not be possible to recreate in many places.

One other rare quality that the Blackacre team have in abundance is honesty. Throughout the whole process they always gave me the best advice that would result in the perfect end result. Never once did they base any advice on anything other than a desire to create the most memorable ring for me and for this I am very grateful.

Not only was I incredibly pleased with how the ring turned out, but the service throughout the buying process was second to none which is very reassuring when making such a big drcision. We managed to design a really unique ring, and my fiancé and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone else.

Blackacre are truly brilliant. We had a bespoke ring design which was highly technical and they turned it around incredibly quickly to meet our deadline having been let down by another jeweller. From the moment the team responded to my first email I knew that they would be perfect. Communication was prompt, detailed and highly specific to me.

From what I have seen it was apparent that the quality of the Blackacre jewellery and service was slightly out of place in Hatton Garden and would be more at home in the heart of Mayfair! Thankfully there is no glossy retail shop and therefore the jewellery is a fraction of the price it should otherwise be.

Superb experience with Blackacre. Loved the fact that I got to see where my ring was made. After guiding me through a curated selection of sapphires I was able to select the perfect stone for my ring. The team were excellent in educating me on every detail and you can tell that Sam the CEO (who I dealt with) has a professional background as the client service was impeccable. Everything was on time, communication was excellent, easy 5 stars and have already started telling my friends to go to see Sam & Blackacre.

Excellent experience from Sam and the team. Really valued the time taken to offer advice every step of the way. The product was exactly what I asked for and the craftsmanship was superb. Could not recommend enough.

There aren't many companies where the founder personally deals with all clients but but I guess that's why Blackacre is so special. Sam the founder made it very clear from the outset their only goal was to make an engagement ring that was perfect for me. There was no sales patter at all just a heavy investment from Sam in time spent to educate me on everything from the creation process to selecting the perfect diamond.

Embedded in the heart of one of the worlds most luxurious jewellery workshops the atmosphere is clean and highly professional. I am sure this is the experience so many people crave but so few have yet to find. Going behind the scenes and seeing the level of skill invested in creating each piece was truly magical.

Such is the quality of the craftsmanship every stage of the creation process has its only specialist jeweller. There are specialist setters, polishers, computer designers, mounters and quality control. As soon as you step on to the workshop floor you realise you are dealing with the best in the world.

The experience is second to none but combine that with fact the engagement ring I purchased was a fraction of the price of one's I saw else where in the luxury jewellery houses Blackacre surely must be the only place where anyone reasonable will purchase luxury jewellery.
