The charcoal sticks have been reduced in width and the prices increased! I don't think I am going to get the same filtration longevity as I paid for!

Hi, we are very sorry for the late reply to your review. We do appreciate the feedback with regard to the thickness of the charcoal you received, but do need to emphasise that the charcoal is a natural stick and therefore does has varying width / thickness. However, we can assure you that this will not significantly diminish the performance / function or longevity.
