Your email requesting return 5/3 0645 was replied to with return code sent 5/3 0952, sorry it took so long (3hrs 7mins). Item received at BK 9/3, email 5/3 0952 clearly states process can take up to 14 days. This is day 8.
Sizing, the item clearly shows euro sizes, also there is a link to all brands size charts in the footer. The brand you chose has been making footwear for years, and having checked the returned item against other brands there is minimal difference in size and confirmed size Euro39 UK6.
Term’s these are clearly stated and available on all web pages. Which you would have read when prompted to accept before you completed purchase.
A refund has not been issued to date as this is with our accounts team who will action on the next payment run. The figures you have quoted are erroneous and misleading you paid £56.84 of which there was vat £9.47 and delivery charge £5.95 with a nett value of £41.42, not as you described or suggest seen on your account dashboard. There is no lost money, just a buyer who does not read information and lays the blame on the seller.
