Excellent service and great service

Excellent service and great service. I ordered the wrong size in error and the Customer support team couldn’t have been more helpful. They provided a returns label and despatched the correct size without receiving the pair returned to ensure I had the correct pair in time for Christmas. My daughter loves the slippers and would have no hesitation in recommending the product as well as the Company itself

AWFUL COMPANY PART2

So I posted as bjorgk have not sent me my order, customer service is awful, so yesterday my tracking showed delivered, only it's not my parcel, I spoke to royal mail who have said I've been given wrong tracking, so no parcel christmas is ruined well done bjorgk and I'm being ignored my bjorgk I emailed hours ago so I stand by my review

Absolute Scam

Has not shipped, no communication from company. Won’t refund. DO NOT BUY

Edit to update: the company has replied (see below) without acknowledging that I have been chasing an update since Monday 16th (it is Friday 20th), I have had no shipping confirmation, and no acknowledgment of my request to cancel the order and refund the charge. Have now had to send another email that i am sure will go unanswered.

Additionally, reached out via direct message on Instagram twice and that went ignored.

They've absolutely changed quality

They've absolutely changed from the ones I bought two years ago and not for the better. They feel more plasticy, thinner and much less bouncy. The price sure hasn't changed. Disappointing.

Cheap bad product

Order took ages to arrive, as they are made and dispatched from Asia.
Packaging was very bad as are the cloud Slippers, made from cheap plastic that squeaked and make loud “Flatulance” like noises when walking.
The fleece lining on one slipper was not sewn properly and is open at the toe end.
The fleece on both slippers is not attached to the toe end of the slipper and when taking them off this fleece turns inside out, making rewear difficult.
The fleece is backed by plastic lining and therefore sweats when worn
These are not premium products.

I thought these slippers were shipped…

I thought these slippers were shipped from the UK as they had a UK address. They were however shipped from China. I ordered them on 27th November and they have only arrived today. Both parcels have been opened and they do not contain my free gifts as promised. Very disappointed and not worth the money without the freebies. I would recommend avoiding and buying a UK slipper. They are also smaller than they are supposed to be. Not sure the second pair will fit a family member I have bought them for.

Avoid buying from the

I bought or I shall really say I tried to buy 2 pairs of slippers from them. They promised 7-12 working days delivery in the UK. That’s a joke!

So, they take your money and most likely you’ll never see a product or refund.

I ordered products and paid for them around mid november. They took my money and - as I remeber - didn’t get any confirmation emails. Ok, I thought, it would come. And it wouldn’t. After the 7 working days passed, I wrote them using their contact form on their web page. But I didn’t have any order number or anything so, I couldn’t hope for any sort of response. And I was right, I didn’t get anything.

Maybe because of that message or maybe not, 5 more days later, at 1st of Dec, I got the official your order has been processed letter. And that was the moment when I realised, they’ve just blocked the money on my card, but the merchant never really requested that. So it took for them almost 3 calendar weeks to actually start working on my order!

I thought, well, at last, I’d have what I ordered. But it’s never that simple. They ship products from mainland China. i think, that is not big deal lot of companies does that. However the UK Customs most likely will ask for some money innorswr to get the package delivered. It would be very nice from them to show it on their web page: UK customers, you need to pay the customs as well.

According to the order tracker it took another 11 days for them to transfer my package from their warehouse in mainland China to the origin airport in China! And it’s been sitting there now. It’s no chance that can get that package this year.

So if you plan to do some last minute shopping, try someone else, not Bjorgk!

I absolutely love these slippers

I absolutely love these slippers. Exactly what I wanted - soft and fluffy for indoors and yet suitable for me to go outside to put the washing out! The only downside was the two week wait for them to arrive. I (naively didn't realise they were coming from China).

Great communication during order…

Great communication during order process with speedy delivery, however I returned my slippers due to size being a little smaller than a standard size 6. Return process very efficient with refund very quick to be arranged.

Be careful wearing the slip on slippers…

Be careful wearing the slip on slippers on indoor wooden floors. The grip makes me stop midway last week when I was carrying a glass of water and I fell. Glass broke and my face landed on it. Lost 1 pint of blood ambulance came. In A&E for 7 hours. Wound glued. Didn’t know why until today when in a hurry I stop again and almost tumble.

Cosy slippers

I bought 4 pairs of the slippers and they are great, I have CRPS in my feet so can’t wear normal shoes, I’ve been looking for cosy slippers I can wear outside in the winter and these are perfect. So comfortable and keep my feet warm.

Really nice shoes very lightweight

Really nice shoes very lightweight. Bought for a holiday they are ideal for the beach or poolside areas. Perforations allow them to dry off quickly. I also like that they are fully adjustable and a custom fit is therefore easily attainable. I can definitely recommend them.

Very comfortable slippers

Snug, lightweight, slip on, can wear outside, flexible comfortable slippers. Tick from me. They look a bit clumsy but that doesn't worry me at all, it was comfort I was after.

Ordered 2 pairs slipper and 1 pair…

Ordered 2 pairs slipper and 1 pair sliders when they were 3 for 2. Orange slippers are a teeny bit longer than the green which are a little too short but will be kept as spare. Slippers are really cosy and actually foot shaped so my slightly wide feet do actually fit. Yes they are a bit hard bit that just means they are supportive unlike nasty memory foam. Sliders are a well sized and good for pottering about in

Love the slides and sandals

Love the slides and sandals. Have helped my plantar fasciitis enormously. I purchased some of the slippers but unfortunately they come up smaller and have a hard trim around the back of the foot area so unless your feet fit perfectly or are a bit smaller they were uncomfortable. Shame as they looked lush. But I love the slides and sandals do ill stick woth those. Exchanged the slippers for more slides lol and they came quickly. Very happy with the service.
